History: Jewel used to work for the welcoming commitee of the island resort Millania before becoming a loonatic. She developed a crush on Rev when he and the others visited the island. When he left she quit her job and left for Acmetropolis in search of him. When Jewel arrived she learned that Rev was ill and rushed to his aid. Rev and Jewel will problably marry in one of my future fanfics.
Other notes:Never make her angry. Don't be fooled by her beauty, for under this angel is a wild animal ready to fight crime. The best way to anger her is to harm Rev in any way. Another way would be to litter. Only anger her if you are suicidle.
