Well Sypher, Massive, Weather Vane and Massive teamed up together in "Acmegeddon Part 1". From the looks of it, no one trusted Sypher, so it'll probably be hard for him to team up with someone unless they had no powers or possessed no skills he wanted. Mastermind started getting impatient with Massive and Weather Vane, saying they were incompetant, but still seemed to get along with them alright.
Dr. Zane is lame, pure and simple. Until he gets another lab and more creatures to experiment on, he isn't much of a threat. Maybe Ringmaster could supply him. . .
Time Skip, I'm not even sure he still has his powers. Didn't his grandfather do something to neutralize his time warping powers? If anyone remembers that episode, please let us know.
I'd like to see a team up of some of the LT based villains. Ophiuchus Sam and Electro Fudd might be do-able!

It would be possible. It would. Though don't forget Aldolpho though. Even though it would be a struggle dragging his fish tank all over the battle field and all.
Well, the descendant villains we have so far are Ophiuchus Sam, Pierre LePew, Sylth Vester, Grannicus (though I`d prefer to leave her out), Sagittarius Stomper, possibly The Martian, and Electro J. Fudd. Are they a potentially formidable team? If one discounts Grannicus, that makes for six villains...hmm

Don't forget there could be a Rocky and Mugsy to come as well! A LT villain team-up could work to present the Loonatics with a new bigger challenge. If they could all be a bit more coordinated in their efforts to take down the Loonatics, then they could potentially be more of a threat than the S1 villain team-up. Plus there'd be at least 6 of them to face off agaist the Loonatics, more challenging odds.
