Do you have the means to encode this as a low-bitrate .mp3?  As best I can tell, the instrument settings don't match the basic General MIDI soundbank (FL Studio probably added to yours), so it plays as piano instead of percussion.  Percussion tends to be a hassle like that. ;_;
