Something to talk about: the Loonatics' weaknesses! What flaws or vulnerabilities do we believe each of of the Loonatics to possess? Whether they be psychological or physical. What Achilles' heels do they have that smart villains could take advantage of?
Ace doesn't seem to have any immediately obvious weaknesses, since he boasts expert-level martial arts and some good deductive skills. He's the perfect leader by all appearances, but it has been hinted possibly that Ace can be overly trusting. Deuce was a prime example, though after his encounter with him, Ace seems to have gathered his wits more and may be a tad more wary of new people.
Lexi might be prone on an emotional level. She is susceptible to being annoyed and frustrated and being made to feel guilty, as was seen in "Apocalypso" and "It Came from Outer Space", where her negative feelings were seen to bother her considerably.
Slam is the most simple minded of the Loonatics and he can easily be fooled and tricked by others. Pierre Le Pew conned him into fighting in his Intergalactic Wrestling matches with little difficulty. Also, Slam seems more likely to charge headstrong into battles with no planning or thought beforehand.
Duck, as we can all guess, is extremely arrogant and overestimates himself. Everything he does is for his own gain and interest. This can well become a liability to his team mates who have to accomodate for his infuriating ways and mistakes. Duck is not an ideal team player. He dislikes taking orders from others and as a result can be a dubious person to rely upon in a mission. It really seems to only be a matter of luck that Duck manages to pull through most missions successfully!
Tech, though he doesn't often miscalculate, can be caught unprepared when unexpected and unforseen variables come into play in the field. He prepares and plans well for likely scenarios, but when things don't go accodring to plan, then he dwells more on the analyses of what could have gone wrong than on coming up with alternative strategies. Basically, Tech does not always seem to adapt well to and accept problems when they happen, because he does not easily acknowledge possible shortcomings in his thinking.
Rev can lose focus on what's important when he starts to ramble on about unnecessary and unimportant things when he babbles, and thus is not always helpful in what he has to say. His active mind easily wanders off and this makes him an annoyance to the others at times too. I also think Rev can easily be distracted by curious things as well.
Anyone else have other thoughts about the Loonatics' weaknesses?
Good assessments of the `Tics weaknesses, Oracle. Although, you forgot to mention that Ace might also have a weakness for his friends; i.e., when Lexi had given herself up to Melvin, Ace was ready to wage war against Mars itself to rescue her. The thought of his friends being in danger might make Ace irrational at times, and a little edgier (did you see the look he gave Duck when he was rambling about Lexi`s sequin jacket?).
Though its not offical, i think that ice cream would be a weakness for a certain bunny who we all know. But then again maybe i just like to think it is so i can bug him. -smirks evily-

I was debating with myself about how much of a concern his team's safety is to Ace. But that example from "ICfOS" with Lexi where Ace was prepared to wage war with Melvin and put Acmetropolis at risk is a good one to demonstrate the lengths he will go to for his friends.
Your analysis on all of the Loonatics seem interesting. They are detailed, descriptive and all true. Though, there was nothing shocking that you added about any of them. But, good job though. I also have an analysis on the Loonatics and I need more reviews.

Maybe her weakness is guilt. She did feel pretty bad about ruining Melvin's spacecraft and was pretty frightened when she heard him say that he'll take her away.

Lexi does seem to be more sensitive than the guys. Indeed we have seen the effects of guilt on Lexi's conscience (well combined with Duck's unhelpful comments mind you), and it can make her take serious steps to make amends.

I think her actions were more fueled by an empathetic understanding of the situation in that ep than simple guilt. She understood that Melvin's actions were actually kind of justified, and that her friends and many others would suffer if she didn't take him up on his offer.
I think out of the three 'main' characters of the show show different levels of emotional sensibility. Lexi is a good listener, sensitive, and relatively level-headed, Duck comes off as a selfish butthead, but is actually very caring and protective towards those special to him to an almost uncommon degree, and Ace is a strong warrior and a good guy, but can be blinded by rage and emotion that can make him put aside common sense and calm thinking.

I concur as well. I wouldn't go quite so far as saying Melvin's actions were justified, though I understand what you're ultimately getting at. He was rightfully angry, even if his response was out of proportion.

Very out of proportion. Then again, maybe that's how Martians settle personal disputes of that sort anyway.

After watching "Lexi's Cinderella Story" on Dailymotion, I have noticed another weakness that Ace has. He is futile against women in bikinis. Sexy women in fact. These clues summed up my conclusion:
In the episode "The Cloak Of Black Velvet", Ace said some form of compliment about Black Velvet's figure, which made Lexi tell him off saying; "Keep your eyes in your head"!
In "Lexi's Cinderella Story" video, Duck gave Lexi a poster saying about the holiday. Ace snatched the poster off Lexi and looked as though he was saying; "Yeah! We have to go! It is our priority to"! Why? Cos the poster had sexy girls in bikinis.
He dressed up as one in "Apocalypso".
So I conclude that Ace is also futile against sexy women. So sorry yaoi slash fans. He's definately straight.

I'd say Ace is simply your basic average healthy straight guy. (Unlike, say, Batman, who's your somewhat traumatized and emotionally stunted straight guy.) The truth is, most straight men are futile against sexy women period. Or even averge-looking women. Okay, maybe it's just women overall.
