This episode is essentuly the cutscenes of a batman sega game the animators from the tv show did the animating and all the origanal voice actors were used
It's pretty wicked awesome I must say
And what I REALLY love is this is the first time we see the Riddler (As far as the 90s animated verson of him) Use violent force!
We actully see him use that cane as a wepon for once! It may be breif but it's there and I for one am stoked!
Seriously, that was wonderful to watch. Nothing kept me entertained and intrigued as much as the 90's Batman cartoon did. The current 'The Batman' series is miniscule and embarrassing compared to the maturity and sophistication of the older series (Batman Beyond was good, as well). It's a shame most cartoons nowadays are built around marketing schemes rather than artistic and creative vision. Nothing takes a risk any more. Pretty much why I focus solely on mature anime now, though it's got its own share of stereotypical junk.
On a side note, did you know that Harley Quinn was an original character created for the animated series? They liked her so much that she was later inserted into the official comics. The same went for Terry McGuiness, the future Batman in Batman Beyond, which was an original storyline created specifically for television.
