Definately. And you don't need to see them side by side to know it. Rip's almost as tall as Rev and Rev is WAY taller then Duck, so it makes sense that Rip would be taller.

Duck's, like, the shortest character in the ENTIRE SERIES. XD

It's quite sad actually. I bet Tech made him a portable stool that he can carry around with him everywhere, just incase he isn't tall enough to reach the benches or something. c(X

Actuelly its not so funny, because a mans height can really get to him if he feels he needs to be big and masculine.
