I can make up a lot of songs. But only because I played music from the age of five and I'm currently doing music technology. Speaking of which, this is one of the songs that I've made up for my Brief composition in Music Tech. The theme of it is the Carbon Footprint. Here it is.

Today we'll build some turbines into the sea We'll place one here, here and there, possibly over there. Now many people like the plan; it's environmentally friendly, But those who don't like the idea says they're too ugly.

I wish I could. DX I also needs a microphone, and a day where I'm not sneezing my head off/having an asthma attack/someone to play the instruments. I can sing great, it's just that the first two points are always interfering with my voice. O_o It's become rather high pitched as of late... I range anywhere from James Hetfield (I can hit the note when he says "Now I see it" in "Unforgiven II" PERFECTLY! It's creepy but cool!) to Yulia Volkova (but I have to strain some) on a good day- I'd say my vocal match is Amy Lee (Evanescence) without being uncomfortable.

Alright, I actually recently joined a band (2 weeks ago) as a keyboardist and I just finished writing a song. I wrote and composed the music first, as I always do, since its my strength. However, I had to write some lyrics too, and I've never really had experience with writing lyrics before. So could someone who knows lyrics look this over and see if its OK? It'd be much appreciated. =D
OK, couple things though, the lead singer is a guy so I wrote this from a guy's perspective. Also, the structure/rhyme scheme may seem choppy at times, but I wrote the lyrics to best fit the music, so that is not the issue. I just want to make sure the actual content of these lyrics is not, like, totally lame.
