I wish upon a star Wanna be right where you are You set my world on fire Babe I got a crush on you I wish upon a star Can't you see how right we are We should be together Babe I got a crush on you
So if you feel the way I do Would you fancy to To take a ride beside me?
Me and you, you and me. Living a life in harmony It's magic(oh it's magic) babe I've got a crush on you [x2]
LoonaticsF, crying like that is unnecessary. If someone wants to leave the message board, let them leave. Posting a message like yours is shameful and embarrassing. Besides, Kari probably has a life outside of this forum...maybe. As for me, I never really knew him/her that well, so it does not really faze me.
Edit: Also, typing actions such as crying really shows immaturity.

Ooh, how about we watch some rollerderby?" "Uh, uh, no, Miss Whoops, that's not for the T.V.! Ow! Bed! Crunching! Oh!" "These remotes are so unreliable..."
I understand how you feel, Shirako but I know kari outside of the forums (we went to school together) and even I am cusoius to why she will leave. It still leaves me in a "don't care" position, maybe because I'm not much affected by people leaving websites or forums.
Hmm...well, if you know her in real life, you could always ask her. But if I were to leave, I bet everyone would be cheering. Maybe even celebrating.
However, some people post messages like this just to get attention. It annoys me.

I know her too well to say she is doing this to get attention. And I don't think everyone would be cheering if you leave. Some people might be just getting to know you and wanting to socialize more.

Anyway, well, good tidings to you and goodbye, I guess! I have this irresistable feeling, though, that you'll be back.

Hey, some people do it for attention and then come back all happy and cheery. I have seen this often on other message boards. A user thinks that someone hates them, just wants to test their friendships, and/or wants attention, and posts that they are leaving "for good", or for a while. Then all of the other members start posting messages such as: "OMG, don't go!", "NOOOO! Don't leave!", "*Cry*", or some other sappy messages.
I am not trying to come across as mean right now, but it is true. Some people pull these stunts for attention.

Well, yes, I know that happens. I have been active on message boards for seven years now, so I've seen pretty much everything. And as far as Kari is doing that or not - she could be, she might not be, I'm not sure. I'm just not quite sure why it was imploringly necessary to chastise LoonaticsF for *crying*. Some people just type out their messages like that; it says nothing of their maturity, much less does it "shame" them.
I might also note that you did something very similar to what you were just talking about, when you said "if I were to leave, I bet everyone would be cheering. Maybe even celebrating." Immediately before saying how people try to attract attention that way annoy you, even.
Be more careful about how you organize your posts dude ;)

Posting (most) anything you want is a freedom you have on (most) message boards and forums. Nothing should be considered "shameful" or "embarrassing". Some things can show immaturity, yes, but in most cases, such as this, it's rather tactless to tell someone off for it. If LoonaticsF wants to beg for Kari to stay, she is more than allowed to.
As a mod, Shirako, I must warn you that "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it at all", a general policy applied around (most) forums like these.
Please leave the scolding for the mods and the admin. We'll make sure anyone who needs a talking to...er, gets one, I suppose.
( Also, don't hate me plz. ): )
On another note... ...when did Kari leave? What happened? Man, I leave you guys for, what, a few months? And look what happens!
All though i do have to say I have thought of leaving myself. I have so much happening in my life it jest seem so much of a hasel. I guess the only reson i'm still around is becas of my Fan fics.
7.8 internet years... D: I have 7.8 internet years of threads to make sure are happy!
...meh.
Hay, DragonWing, what have I missed? Why has Kari left? When did Shiroko start telling everyone off? I've seven point eight internet years of stuff to catch up on...
Kari left only 2 days ago, which is about 1 internet month. Shirako has been registered and idol since since last May, which is about 30 internet years ago, but started telling people off starting with one of Kari's fics about 2-3 weeks ago, or about 1-1.5 internet years.

I realize my mistake, The_Oddity. I know that there is a policy such as that, and I try to not be mean on forums like this, but it is difficult when you live in a harsh environment as I do. No, this is not an excuse for anything, but it does explain why I happen to be the way I am.
Also, "telling people off" in Kari's fanfic was not my original intention. I merely told her that she had many errors in their writing skills, and she took it too personally. It is annoying when I try to help people and they twist my words around to make me look like the bad person. I got carried away when she started talking back to me, which was a large mistake on my part, and I do regret it a bit.
Overall, I know that I have to be a little more considerate of others. However, when you live around idiots where I do, it is really difficult to learn how to be considerate. I know that online people have feelings, too.
The next time someone does something that requires scolding (in my opinion, anyway), I will notify you.

...Nuclear explosion? That is really...unusual, but, whatever floats your boat, I guess...Wait, actually, that was really interesting; I usually portray myself as a Black Mage in my art. Not just for the want of learning dark magic, but for the destruction that a Black Mage gets to cause. I would really like to cast dark magic and make other people fear me; they annoy me with their stupidity as well, especially the airhead females. Also, my size makes my environment worse to be in, and it sucks to be short.
Maybe if we met in real life, we could cause a nuclear explosion like you said. I am not suggesting anything, just stating a "what if" thing.

I know that... I just wrote a 'cries' between two stars... I don't think that's embarassing... And i did it only because i'm going to miss Kari, i don't want to convince anyone to do anything As for being immature... I think that's for you to judge... I'm not good in self describing...

How tall are you? Others know what I'm talking about.
Not unless we physically obtained an atom and split it.
