It's a lot darker than the musical, and I think I prefer it to the musical actually. My mom hated it, though.
I tried reading "Son of a Witch," but got too bored. How was that book?

It was interesting. I saw my classmate reading it so I borrowed it from her. I returned it in about 2 days.(weekend)

How do you feel about Idina, the original Elphaba? I got into Wicked after hearing that Idina, who played Maureen from RENT, played the lead in Wicked.

I watched it once on Broadway and was so moved by the music and message that I grew to love it.
Anyway, my friend got to see Idina live on Broadway, and one of her friends saw the show where Idina fell through the trap door and broker her rib or whatever.
