I actually drew something similar to that duck rabbit one. One way it looke like a squirrel but if you turn it upside down it looked like a duck. ^_^

I've seen some of them before as well apart from the focussing on the dot one and moving your head bacwards and forwards. The woman spinning is spinning clockwise. Don't ask how, I worked it out.
