Don't be sad that you didn't get nominated. We just made it up on a whim. Besides, being a mod isn't all that great. The only thing that it does to you is make you go yell at people who are stupid/don't understand that posting ten times in a row is spam (or a combination of the two!).

Also, we can't nominate everyone...we've got maybe...what, twenty? Correct me if I'm wrong, but something like that, twenty active members on the boards. And we've got three mods already!

So don't feel bad if you don't get picked or nominated. 'tis life.

I already have my choices, but I might wait a bit longer to see if anyone else is nominated. Just because 4 were nominated by oddity doesn't mean I can't make anyone else a mod. =)

I look for good grammar and spelling and a cool head in my mods. The rest is up to personal taste, although I admitedly favor the veterans of the site.

I'll pick two new mods in a week, although not necessarily from this list.

I say this with all honestly. When you start to become more intelligent and mature, then maybe people will consider giving you responsibilities. Until you grow out of that kind of behavior, no one is going to want you to have any authority.

Now you can take peoples criticisms and use them constructively or you can get mad. That's your choice.

Look at the nominees, mature and serious members. They can all handle things rationally, firmly, and responsibly. You have not proven you can do so. Follow their example, then you could earn respect and praise.

In reality, improving won't help. Even people like Stephen Hawking, and Bill Gates receive criticism. So theres something you can criticize me for.

Upon reflection, I really think you should have gotten a nomination as well.

Anyway, when you become an adult, your going to have to put up with people not leaving you alone. Because I can tell you for a fact the world isn't a warm tolerant community like LUO.

People are going to lecture and criticize you until you die. Your teachers, proffesors, tutors, bosses, doctors, and when your old and retired your children will too. Theres no way out of it.

I've been on this site for over a year and I've never really seen an agressive conversations except with that Bubblegumdork troll. I like to come on here and talk to people everyday because no one on here really does that kind of stuff. I'm horribly withdrawn in my social life and this is the only place I can get away from that. Please don't start fighting........
