It's a 30-mile drive to the school, by the way. 60-mile round trip. A trip I'll have to make every day for probably the next six years! Whoo, gas prices!
I was so nervous while driving to school, both because I feared I would be late and because of the whole school thing itself. So nervous, in fact, that I accidentally almost rammed a guy off the road on the way there - a huge, intimidating black guy no less. He glared at me for like 2 minutes somehow after. I thought he was going to (rightfully) kill me. It was so scary. D:
I arrived at the school and found a decent parking space in one piece, though. And everything went pretty well from there. My professors are awesome, my classmates generally seem to be good people, and I didn't realize there was so much to do on campus. During my 2 hour lunch break, me and a few others went out and got some pizzas, went to the arcade and then went bowling. This was all ON campus, by the way. I had no idea there was a bowling alley.
Overall it was a good time. But I already have reading assignments, which I'll get to in a minute.
Also, ZS, I'mma going to the University of Houston (through the Honors College). It has a solid Pharmacy program, and I got a $24,000 scholarship there, so it seemed like the right choice.
