You seriously need a strong sense of your emotion for this one. It’s an incredible ride. It’ll touch each and every one of you in ways you might not have thought possible. Or maybe it won’t and you’ll all just be indifferent… All I know is that it did so much to me.

(I did not write this. If I did, someone might have mistaken me for God)

Duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuude.

Just. Read it. Seriously.

All at once though - don’t read it bit-by-bit. It’ll ruin it. D8

Well....hell. Now I'm curious.

Particularly because I'm currently reading a lot of TMNT fanfiction and that fandom is known because of its wonderful writers. I recently started reading an angst story that on the very first chapter made me BAW like you wouldn't believe. I had to stop at the third chapter and am TERRIFIED to continue just 'cause of how deeply it affected my feelings. Really, it's one of those things that make you WISH the characters would die, so they'd stop suffering.

I just wanna know...is this along the same lines? 'Cause it's drama/angst and...and...I'm just not sure I can handle anymore tragedy at the moment.

But FECK ya got me curious! >_

Wow. That was one hell of a epic story. This writer is talented. And it's one of those rare stories where since it had that sort of ending (I'm not giving anything away to those who haven't read it), it's meant to be disappointing but it wasn't cos it was simply amazing. I should congradulate Usami on this.

The Feedback Effect? I read this when I first started going on ff.net and here. Holy crud, it was so intense that it CONSTANTLY had shivers from it. I seriously was bawling at EVERY SINGLE PAGE. I just couldn't leave the screen. Usami just seems to have a way with words and emotions, doesn't she. But back then, her penname was Ippiki Ookami no Kage.

And Ayelet, which TMNT story were you reading? Is it called 'the Sickness' by any chance?

No, the title is Fade. If you want, I can PM the link to you, so we won't be hijacking this thread.

But my question stands. Is The Feedback Effect along the same lines? I'd like to know 'cause like I said I'm a little emotionally drained to be able to stand too much angst. I wouldn't wanna cry for three days straight! XD

I always have this stupid tendency to read reviews before reading the story and now I know how everything works and works out.

Now I don't see much of a point. :[

As to Ayelie's question; yes, it is an emotional story... Very emotional... But it's worth the read and the ending makes everything ok. :3

Aw, c'mon D_W. It's such a great story! Sad, yes. Heart-wrenching, I'd also have to agree. But it is such a beautiful peice of work. So, why can't you read it, exacty?

Cause I know the basic premise of the plot. Including the ending. V_V

I have no problem with depressing stuff, trust me - in fact, it probably doesn't affect me enough for a normal human being - but reading stuff in which I already know perfectly well what will happen is meh.

Yeah... that makes a difference. But still! Aren't you just a little curious about what happens? Just why everyone is witing these great reviews?

All of Usami's stories are good.

Her other LU story, The Evolution Process, is also great. You guys should read it.
