Oh yes. There have been lots of references where Ace and Tech were closely working to gether. For example, when they were back to back in the episode "Loonatics on Ice". Plus Tech keeps calling Ace "chief", not that it's significant but it's a start.

If only I could XD ! But I'm not very good at making them. But if I did, I'd definately get the picture with Ace and Tech with their backs against each other. It could be called Tace!

But I've also noticed that Ace seems to be the one that the main LU characters can get together with without sounding wrong. Tace, AcexLexi, and Dace!

I dunno... I think Ace and Tech have this plutonic thing going on... I think Ace deeply respects Tech for the amount of time and effort he devotes to supporting the team and I think that Tech deeply respects Ace because he's the leader and he's always willing to give him the credit he needs...

Ace wants Tech's bum, but Tech's totally into Rev, who's oblivious of all such emotions because I said so, so Ace has to settle for Lexi but she isn't very interesting at all, which means he eventually goes to Duck for a bit of a chellenge, but Duck just stabs him in the eye with a fish, which totally turns Ace on for some reason, causing Duck to murder him and spit on his corpse.

Then Slam rapes everyone and is satisfied for at least 20 minutes.

According to Spootay, "The Cloak of Black Velvet" is pretty much full of gayness, as far as Tace is concerned. Also, there was quite a bit of Dace featured as well (such as the missile schtick).
