I on both hands support humanxanthro pairings I mean after all, anthros ARE animals with HUMAN-like abilities (such as wlaking on two legs, talking, ect.).
Some people think that humanxanthro pairing may not work out cause think that their offspring will be ugly.
But, Hey! It's in the cartoon world they CAN make pairing like these work out and have cute kids, and not ALL couples have kids.
I need what YOUR opinion about this type of pairing?
well it isn't exactly zoophilia (sp?) so i guess i'm okay with it...

I don't really know...it's a cartoon, so normal rules don't really apply. If it's perfectly normal for humans and anthros to co-exist, I imagine they could have romantic relationships, too. I'm just not sure if it's possible for them to have children.

Well, (I hate to start a fight, but) I happened to have two LUxOC pairings that are also humanxanthro pairings to on my account at DA. *dodges from getting bricked*
But I CAN asure you my two human LU OCs AREN'T "suck-ish" or Mary-Sues. *dodges again from being bricked*
Gawd, I hate Mary Sues. Dx What really sucks is when you realize that your own OC IS one. >_< Thank the internet for the Mary Sue test.
On-topic, I have no problem with anthroxhuman pairings. As long as the backstory makes sense, any pairing can work. Anthroxanthro and humanxhuman pairings are a little easier to write, though, since the same species thing works well with audiences.

Whoah, no need to get defensive, WB; Franz wasn't talking about your characters, just Mary Sues in general. I know for a fact that I've got a few really old 'sues lying around that I would never, EVER show anyone. Thank God I didn't have access to a scanner five or six years ago...that would've been horriffic. X_x

I dunno... It depends on whether a character is believable or not as to whether they're a Mary-Sue...
If I took that test as myself, I'd prolly turn out to be a Mary-Sue... Because I draw and write and get straight As and Bs in school and come from a troubled background... A lot of people could prolly identify with stuff like that... But I think it's the characters overall personality that's the dead giveaway to a Mary-Sue... And how the writer themselves portray their story...
I still get irritated with Mary-Sues... And if I come across one, I can't ignore it enough to read the story. -_-
But YEAH! AnthroxHuman... Roger Rabbit had Jessica Rabbit... That's an Anthuman pairing... *shiftyeyes*
[EDIT] Just took the Mary-Sue quiz for myself... I scored over 50... I have to die now. XD

They're OK. I wouldn't be surprised if Tech falls for a human girl. That'd be a good way to get him out more. He might fall in love with a fangirl. Who knows?

Can't think of anything so, don't blame me for being lazy.
I always imagined that throughout generations they have mixed with humans, after all our Loonatics have much mor ehuman features than the original Looney Tunes gang.
I can imagine that they mixed with humans so as to escape discrimination (since they have human blood in them so they had more privileges than those who didn't). Some have mixed with humans to such an extent that they seem almost completely human (such as Pierre LePew who has only inherited the skunk-coloured hair and looks completely human). Perhaps some insisted more firmly to uphold their family putiry and minimize their mixing with humans - I could think of Duck since he is the shortest (thus being closest to his natural duck height) and he looks most like his ancestor than the other Loonatics to theirs. His feet are the only features on his body that betray that he has mixed heritage (I wouldn't be surprised if it is Martian heritage- also explaining the blue eyes he has).

Good to see this message board is still up and running and that people are actively putting up posts. Though we have many new members I don't know about...I've been so out of touch due to uni.

In my mind, I agree with lumos. I think in the future almost all people have either a drop or two of anthro blood and/or a drop or two of human. In a fnafic I MIGHT write, i have a girl whos a 'pure' human (no anthro blood at all) shes like one of the last few. SHE AINT A SUE! ... i hope. But anyway, back to my point. ANthro/Human works, as long as it makes sense. NOT some stupid one like... a really dumb human with Tech or something like that. But I also think they fall for personalitys (cept duck.) not looks.

I think it's okay. Not like they're dating a regular animal. Like, if you had babies with my dog, I'd be so pissed. But, if you had babies with my dog, and my dog was an anthro dog, that'd be awesome.
