I had this question bubbling my mind for quit awhile, but do you think that the people that love to watch Loonatics Unleashed alot are mostly boys, girls, or both?
The show draws attention to boys cause:
*They have cool male main characters that could be good ideals for them
*It's full of action and a little bit of violents
*Lots amazingly designed weapons, robots, and vechiacls
*It has disaters in it to
It draws attenion to the girls audiences cause:
*The main male characters are mostly good looking and single
*It has a female character (Lexi) to show girl power well go on forever, even in the future
That's true. If the show was for guys, the female characters would've been well attrative, and I don't find ANY of the girls, including Lexi to be pretty enough to have a lot of fanboys *gets bricked Lexi-Fanboys*
Joking. X3 My little brother likes the show, but it's age appropriate for him and such.
And I pretty much agree with Dragon about her reasons for liking it, although I do like the character dynamics and relationships. If there's one thing they wrote (relatively) well in LU, it's the characters... well, the main ones... mostly.
*Huggles the poor, neglected, incomprehensible Slam*
My brothers Tim and Ben enjoy the show, and my sister Mandy and other brother Matt will tolerate it...
Ben mostly likes it because he'll watch pretty much anything that moves as a source of entertainment. Tim likes it coz of Duck (hur hur, I sh*t you not).
*cough*
I'd say that there are probably an even amount of both sexes who like this show, it's just that boys aren't very prone to develop a crush on a cartoon character and invent a forum to discuss how amazing said character is and hope that other guise will join to converse about what each character likes to eat and who said character should be paired with.
...
I think guise tend to save that sort of stuff for computer games... *shiftyeyes*

Girls in general use message boards more than guys. Just because there are more girls on LUO and the 7th Loonatic doesn't mean more girls watch the show.
Though I'm sure there is an equal amount of nerdy forum chatting guys out there as their are nerdy forum chatting gals.

Having been on several message boards (as I have been frequenting them for over seven years now) where I was only one of two girls in a SEA of guys, I know this to be generally false.
And my assertion still stands that there are more girl LU fans than guy fans, not just in terms of what kind of people post here, but in demographic tendencies towards these kind of shows in general.
Not that there are many fans of LU at all, anyway. :-/

I suppose it depends on which board you were on. I notice that boards dedicated to books and the like are frequented more by girls and boards dedicated to web design (I frequent the most random boards...) have more male members.
There is a grand total of 6 LU fans at my school in my year.
Lucky: Why can't you Toons just enter a room normaly?! Bonkers: Us Toons don't do normaly things! That's what makes us sooo adorable! X3 Lucky: Yeah, like a trainwreck. -__________-

Not necessarily. the forum I go to for animorphs (a book series) has more male members than female members. I think it really depends on each forum.
