I was watching LU on Youtube when I noticed something about the guy in Tech's flashback in "Comet Cometh". He looks like the same guy that Otto created for this evil scheme in "The Hunter". You'll see what I mean when you watch both videos.

Other cartoon shows have done this in the past too - they re-use character models for varying minor parts. I'm assuming that most cartoons have a whole lineup of secondary or minor characters to fill crowds with.
