Hey. This is something me and PG came up with. We're taking turns in uploading a chapter. Here's the prologue. Sorry if it's short. This is my first so, please don't hate me. I'm not sure how many PG's done. Enjoy.

Lexi entered the washroom and locked the door. She emptied her handbag and took a box from the belongings. She sat on the toilet and read the intructions.

OK. Minus means no and plus means a yes.

She began to follow the intructions. Just gotta pee on this and wait. Sorry if I gave too much info.

She checked the in-built clock in her communicator. "Come on. Hurry up," whispered Lexi. She checked the test and there was a plus sign. Her jaw dropped in shock.

That was my 3rd test in the past 4 weeks. The others and Zadavia are gonna kill me with no mercy. What am I gonna do?

She packed up her belongings. She looked at her reflection in the mirror and held a hand to her abdomen. She unlocked the door. She saw Ace standing at the door!

"What is it, Ace?" asked Lexi. "I just needed to get my toothbrush," said Ace. She walked past Ace and left. He noticed something on the bench. He was thinking about reading it. Na. I should respect Lexi's belongings.

But inside, he knew something was going on.

That didn't work out the way I hoped. That was the best I can do. I gotta work on writing stories. Anyways, please read and review. Sayonara. That means goodbye in Japanese.

Hi This is PurpleGirly (PG) I’ve finished the 1^st Chapter, so it’s your turn now IceGirl2772!

Chapter 1

Lexi lay on her bed, considering what she should do. She was battling her own conscience. While one half of her wanted to get rid of it and pretend nothing ever happened, her other half knew she had to tell the guys.

She sat up. And for now decided to stop thinking about the burden inside her and carry on, besides, ‘That’s all I can do anyway’ she thought as she left her room.

The rest of the team had already entered the main room and were busy preparing breakfast.

Lexi was greeted with the occasional ‘Good morning’ by her fellow team-mates, like she was every morning.

Without even considering the thought of actually getting breakfast, Lexi sat down at the table and stared down at the faint reflection of herself before her.

“Wow, and you all think I’m vain.” Duck said as he sat down opposite Lexi.

Lexi didn’t answer. She was still deep in thought over what she should do, that he didn’t even here Duck’s comment, despite her amplified hearing.

“Heloooooo, Earth to Lexi.” Duck said imitating the voice of an astronaut.

“Geez Duck, can’t I have an opportunity to think?!” Lexi snapped.

“You er, plannin’ on gettin’ any breakfast?” Ace asked cautiously. He knew of Lexi’s temper and didn’t want to be on the wrong side of her.

“A bit impatient this morning aren’t we?” Lexi asked. Great, don’t tell me hormones are acting up already. She thought to herself as she realised how short tempered he had become.
Rubbing her suddenly throbbing head, Lexi walked slowly over to the cereal cupboard, but suddenly lurched forward and grabbed hold of Ace’s chair for support.

“Whoa, you ok Lex?” Ace asked, concerned over her strange behaviour.

“I...don’t know....I feel kinda...fain..t” Lexi suddenly fell backwards.

Rev quickly ran behind her to catch her before she hit the floor.

“Huston, we have a problem!” Duck said meekly, still imitating an Astronaut’s talk as he ran over to her and Rev.

“What the...Is she ok?!” Ace asked. He too ran to her side as she lay in Rev’s arms.

Tech was soon to follow. As a scientist working in a laboratory before the meteor hit, he had learnt basic first aid, but had then expanded his knowledge post joining the team. To ensure both him and his team could be seen to properly and easily, should they ever be in a bad condition. This was no exception.

“Check for a pulse” He instructed as Ace put two fingers to her neck.

“...Got it.” “Well I would say she’s just unconscious. But we should take her to the lab and make sure there is nothing internally wrong with her.”

Tech exclaimed.“I’m already there!” Rev zipped off, still with Lexi in his arms and the rest of the team bounding after them.

I couldn't think of anything. I have writer's block so, my ideas are probably ones people want to flush down the toilet.

I SO DID NOT COPY! If you read it more carefully, it's written out differently. The idea is the same but, the story's written in a different way.

I'll accept the fact that the chapters after are 'inspired' by my fanfic, but the prologue itself is what completely irks me.

Readers, if you will please compare, *my* original version written and uploaded on fanfiction.net circa January 2007: http://www.fanfiction.net/s/3333516/1/Vintage_Disposition

Example 1: Why Ace needed to use the washroom? To get his toothbrush. You even have Ace needing to use the washroom for the same reason.

Example 2: What Lexi says, does and thinks when using the pregnancy test.

My story: “Most likely,” she replied as she began to follow the directions. Just gotta pee on this and wait…

The part “Most likely,” she replied as was simply deleted.

The actions that I have the characters carry out are exactly the same. The way how it starts, what they say and even the character thoughts are the same. You pretty much re-worded it to make it "yours". Feel free to try to prove me wrong, but to be frank, the proof is right there and has been there since 2007. I just hate having to prove something is copied from me when it clearly shows it.

I would agree with Kaejae and Siamese, it's way too simular to be just a coinsidence. Differences are there but the fact is, the differences don't cover up that you've copied someone else. I'd change it to something that YOU would have written instead of taking a short cut and copying Kaejae.

I'm afraid that the mods will have to take this down sooner or later. Well, as soon as Icegirl 'fesses up...

Plagiarism is punishable by law, Icegirl, deary. If this weren't the internet, and if this weren't fanfiction, you'd get sued. Or something. How does the law work again? Well, anyways.

A graduating senior in a high school once used a speech that wasn't written by him. He may have changed it a little, but he didn't give credit to the original author. He was valedictorian, too (hay, I can spell valedictorian! 8D). Well, so much for that. He was stripped of all his honors, and I'm pretty sure the principal of the high school was fired or something. And all because credit wasn't given where it was due.

I got the next chapter up! *Does a celebration dance* By the way, this week's my last week of school and I'll be on holidays for 2 weeks so, I can update anytime. It'll be bad. I have a funny feeling this is gonna be short.

Ace is pacing in front of the door impatiently. Tech came out with a shocked look on his face. "Well," said Ace. Tech doesn't reply. "Tech, ya there?" asked Ace, clicking his fingers in his face. "Sorry. I'm just in shock," said Tech.

Ace gave him a funny look. "Uh, what do ya mean, doc?" asked Ace. "It's about Lexi. She's....well, she's...," stuttered Tech. "She's what?" asked an impatient Duck. "She's......pregnant," said Tech. "WHAT!?" they yelled. "I'm as shocked as you are. She's 4 weeks long," said Tech.

"Who's the father?" asked Slam. I don't know tasmanian language so, whatever I want Slam to say, I'm writing it in English. "It must be best if Lexi tells you," said Tech. "Do you know when she'll wake up?" asked Ace. "I'll go check on her now," said Tech as he went into the lab again.

"Who-do-you-reckon-the-father-is?" asked Rev. "I bet ya it's Ace," said Duck. "Ace would never do such a thing," said Slam. "Duck might be right," said Ace. Tech ran out of the lab. "She's gone," said Tech. "WHAT!?" they yelled. "Ace, call her family," said Tech. Ace ran to the phone.

"Anaela speaking," said Anaela. Anaela's Lexi's younger sister. By the way, it's pronounced AN-A-LA. She's about 12-13 "Anaela, it's Ace," said Ace. "Hi, Ace. I was expecting Lexi to ring so she could give me a hand with my biology homework. What's up?" asked Anaela. "Lexi's pregnant and she ran away," said Ace. "That's something new. Anyways, why do you need me? Can't you track her?" asked Anaela. "That's the problem. She left her com here so, we can't track her. Do you know where she goes when she runs away?" asked Ace. "Well, the only other time she ran away was when she was 17. She ran away to the cliffs and thretened to jump," said Anaela. "Why did she do that?" asked Ace. "Didn't she tell you about the car accident?" asked Anaela.

"What car accident?" asked Ace. "A few months before she ran away the first time, she and our father were in a car accident. Dad didn't make it. It was a big shock to us. It effected Lexi the most. An month after she got out of hospital, she couldn't let it go so, she ran away," said Anaela. "Oh my god," said Ace. "Anyways, you'd better get there fast. No one has ever survived jumping over the cliffs here. Some did but, died a few minutes after," said Anaela. "I don't know how to thank you, Anaela. Bye," said Ace. "No need. See ya," said Anaela. They hung up.

That went well, sorta. By the way, Kaejae, I'm so sorry. I couldn't think of anything and my ideas are some I would like to flush down a toilet. I'm thinking about deleting my account. I'm not worthy of this website. I'll let you know my decition when I upload again. Bye.

Simply because you could not think of anything does not mean that it's right for you to take someone else's work and claim it as your own. I'm just really irked that I felt that I needed to prove to you that is was my work that you had copied because you totally denied it -- even with others already saying it was really similar to my work before I stepped in.

If you have your own ideas for fanfiction but refuse to use them, then it's only yourself that stopping you from creating something original. You don't know how it'll work out until you try it.

As per reviewing, if you really want to become a better writer, it's important to be able to handle a bit of constructive criticism. Otherwise, without it, your skills become stagnant, resulting in no growth as a writer. If you're really having trouble at school and focusing on more online/internet business, I suggest that maybe you should get your priorities straight. Maybe some time management? At the time of writing Vintage Disposition, I was falling behind in my course work and was at the risk of failing one of my classes. Hence the lack of the upcoming chapters. Anyways, your personal stresses should not be influencing other people's opinions of your pieces if you really want reviews.

Lastly, if you're thinking about deleting your account simply because of this situation well then, it's up to you. I'm not telling you to leave and I'm not forcing you to stay. So, you made a mistake and had the smackdown laid on you. Learn from from the experience. You tend to become a better person when you do. Other than that. It's up to you with what you choose to do.

My co-writer couldn't think of anything so I decided to upload this one. PG, you have to upload the next 2! I gonna stay on LUO. The website's awesome. I decided to be nice and give you a clue on who the father is. It's someone everyone trusts. Only me and PG know who it is. Enjoy.

The other Loonatics were racing to the cliffs. "Rev, do you know if we're too late?" asked Ace, worried. "We're-not-too-late-but,-we-will-be-if-we-don't-get-there-fast," said Rev. "That's what I was worried about," said Ace. They landed at the cliffs and saw Lexi standing at the edge.

"Lex," said Ace. She didn't respond. "Lex, we know about the baby. We just wanna know who the father is," said Tech. She remains mute. "Lex, don't do this," someone said. "Anaela?" said Duck. "Ace called me," said Anaela. "Oh," said Duck. "I've got this. Lex, you shouldn't do this. Nobody has ever survived jumping off the cliff. Well, some did but, died a few minutes later," said Anaela. "Do you really think I care!?" snapped Lexi. "You should! Once you do this, that's it," said Ace.

Lexi just ignored her leader and sister. "We've gotta do something," said Slam. "Lex, if you did this, how do you think Dad would feel? He wouldn't want you to do this," said Anaela. Lexi jumped. "LEXI!" yelled Anaela as tears started rushing down her cheeks.

Hi People of Earth! (Sorry, I'm a tad hyper, don't know why though?)

so Yeah...Here it is!

Chapter 4 (I Think?!)

“REV, DO SOMETHING!” Ace yelled.

Frantically,Rev took off, desperate to catch his team-mate before she fell to her death.

The five remaining Anthros stood on the edge of the cliff; none of them daring to look down, in fear of seeing one of their friends die in front of them.

Ace couldn’t bare the feeling of helplessness. He hated how he felt just standing there, while his team-mate, his friend, was falling, and how Rev was the only one who could establish the difference between them mourning or breathing a sigh of relief.

Shakily, he walked as close to the edge of the cliff as he dared, took a deep breath and looked over the edge.

To his dismay he couldn’t see any either of the two. He started to hyperventilate, realising that Lexi could’ve gone under, and in a desperate attempt to save her, Rev could’ve dived into the rough and violent sea below.

The wind started to pick up, as the downdrafts of an oncoming storm started to reach land. Ace, who was struggling to stand up at this point, summoned up all his strength to turn around and inform the others of his sighting.

“...you er, plannin’ on coming over here and helping?” Duck's ignorant words, shattered the panic-filled Atmosphere that seemed to engulf Ace.

Ace was just about to lash out in a fit of rage and despair at the tone and stupidity in Duck’s voice, until he saw the rest of the team crowded around what appeared to be Rev.

As he broke through the crowd, Ace finally saw, to his relief, Rev, Holding Lexi in his arms. Her black and pink uniform was ruffled around the waist and arms, showing where Rev had grabbed her as she fell.

Tech, who was the most medically experienced, had already taken her pulse and checked her breathing, informed the others that Lexi had most likely passed out as she realised what was happening.

“It’s a natural occurrence, for the body to realise it needs to put on the offensive form, from an expected injury or attack, and tense up. Lexi’s body must’ve tensed up tremendously and the added stress of the event must’ve caused her to fall unconscious.” Tech explained, before turning to Rev.

“It’s lucky you caught her when you did, even if she survived the fall, in her state, even her sub conscience wouldn’t have bee able to wake her and allow her to realise she was submerged in the bay below. And the strength of the undertow would’ve pulled her down, and if not.” Tech put on a grim face.

“...she would’ve been thrown against the eroded rocks at the bottom of the cliff face, and most likely have been severed.”

“Lovely” Duck answered sarcastically.

“Well, its getting cold. We should probably get Lexi back to HQ, before she catches her death of cold.” Ace commanded.

“And Slam, take Anaela back home to her parents’...I mean, mum. She’s probably worried.

“Dkgjdklgjddj.” Slam replied, before scooping the child up and activating his jet pack and flying off into the stormy sky.

“All right guys, let’s get back to HQ.” Ace said. The rest of the team, minus Rev and Lexi, who was still in Rev’s arms, activated their jet packs, and flew off into the opposite direction toSlam.

As they flew, Rev held Lexi closer, in fear of the turbulent winds making him lose balance and control over his flight path, and to make sure Lexi stayed warm.

Tech had warned them that in the state of the unconscious, the mind and body still function, but the senses are not as alert as they would normally be. Meaning, that although the body may realise it is cold or in pain etc, it will not have the strength or control, it would normally have to effectively overcome the problem.

This, the team did not want to risk, not only for Lexi, but for the developing foetus inside her, as well.

Sorry, I know there isn’t much dialogue in this chapter, and more narration, but I felt if the chapter turned into one of those: ‘OMG, She’sdead, what will we ever do’ stories it would ruin the effect the follow up from the cliff hanger would have.

As for the medical facts, Most of them are accurate, but I would recommend not using them in your biology coursework/exams as I may’ve got some wrong! LOL

As I was at a loss for words in the previous chapter that I was supposed to write, you can expect another chapter from me soon. If there is a delay, I apologise, as I may be backed up with darn homework and/or actually writing the chapter!

Technically the body doesn't tense up, it's more like the fight-or-flight effect that's generated by hormones in the kidney's adreanal cortex (epinephrine and adrenaline) the blood vessels all constrict in attempt to have the blood circulate more oxygen for the muscles to use for that extra burst of energy...

There's the biology lesson for the day kiddies. ;P

Anyways, I've taken the liberty of adding to the "prologue" posting that my fanfic was used and altered without permission since the OP has neglected to do so.

Good writing, but I personally don't think Lexi would go to such lengths.

After Lexi had been put to bed, incase she had received a chill, and the rest of the team had dried off, The Guys now sat in their main room of their Head Quarters to discuss the shocking events.

“I just can’t believe it!” Ace held his head in his hands. “I could’ve lost her!”

"Yeah, but she's prego, I mean jeez, so much for ‘keep your friends close and your enemies closer!” I mean whoever came up with that anyway, it doesn’t make sense!” Duck said.

“Well, Basically-what-it’s-saying-is-that-you-can-trust-your-friends-and-can-keep-them-close-to-you,-but-your-enemies-you-must-keep-closer-because-you-can’t-trust-them-and-therefore-you-should-know-more-about-them!” Rev replied.

“Yeah, Rhetorical question Rev, Is it a word in your dictionary, And DON’T go answering that!” Duck snapped.

“Yeah if you two are done with your little rant, back to the problem at hand!” Tech coldly said. “I mean what are we gonna do? Lexi’s really gonna need our help on this one and we have no idea about what’s going on!”

“Well don’t ask me, I thought you were smart one Tech!” Duck flopped onto the couch near Ace.

“I’m not a gynaecologist Duck, Even I don’t know that much about kids, and I doubt Lexi does either.”

“Hey! Tech-are-you-saying-Lexi’s-dumb-or-something-cause-we-all-know-she’s-pretty-smart!”

“Rev!” Duck sighed “Where’s your off switch!”

“No guys I mean, I doubt Lexi’s ever been pregnant and knows the details of what could happen to her, you know like....Hormone changes, or morning sickness!”

“Oh great, she’s gonna go all woman on us, Man girls are confusing!” Duck wailed.

“hsdhsj jskjskf j jskfjs?”

Everyone’s head jolted up at this question.

“...Yeah, good question Slam.” Ace scanned the room, looking for a guilty face. “Who is the Father?”

Yey! A suspense filled Cliff-hanger!
Those are annoying I must admit but, oh well!

Hey, guys. I haven't got much time before dancing, so, I'm gonna do another author's note. Sorry. I'm gonna let you guys say on who YOU think the father is.

I'm gonna take a while to update because, I have a ton of schoolwork to do and I have to let the shock of my great-aunt Myra dieing pass over so, it's gonna be a long wait.

By the way, PG, coolies on the chapter, and I do intend on continuing You're Gonna Be A Father, it's just my stupid computer won't let me update it.

Anyways, please say who you think the father is. The father will be announced in one of the next chappys.

Hey, guys. I just wanna say this. I'm not gonna update for a while for these reasons:

1. I'm having trouble coming up with something.

2. I have school camp.

3. Since this is the final few weeks of school for me, I'm gonna have a ton of homework.

4. I can't find the time to work on it. And, I didn't ask PG to upload it for me because, it's unfair. I think 2 chapters in a row is enough.

Plus, I have tests coming up and a dance exam in November so, it might take a while. Please try to understand.

Okay...on the hole 'who's the father' thing. Like I said before by the way Ace reacted it's not him. So my next guess would be Tech, not sure why, or the father may not even be on the team.

Oh! You know if the father isn't on the team, you could make it that he is a bad guy the loonatics meet. Of core Lexi didn't know she did the dead with him, or did she?

XD you can add so much drama and suspense when you add a kid to the story.

I'd leave the suggestion. Anyways, about the story idea, I guess it can't be that bad. Are you gonna make Ace jealous?

Hey, guys. This chapter's gonna be bad because, I'm exhausted from dancing to Vanessa Hudgens songs, including Sneakernight. I'm just gonna shut up and go on to the next chapter.

Tech was checking on Lexi when Ace, Anaela and Lexi's mum, Maria, entered the room.

"How is she?" asked Ace.

"She's way better then she was. And the baby's doing great," said Tech.

"Why she would go and get knocked up is beyond me," said Maria.

"It might have been an accident, Mum. Plus, she might have started dating someone on the team," said Anaela.

Lexi woke up just as Tech left the room.

Anaela hugged her big sister, then Maria.

"Mum," said Anaela and Lexi.

"Yes, girls?" asked Maria.

"GET OFF OF US!" they yelled.

Maria got off immediately.

"Don't think I didn't hear what you guys said," said Lexi.

"I'm taking you to a doctor. You're having an abortion," said Maria as she grabbed Lexi's wrist and pulled her.

"No, mum. I'm keeping this baby. No matter what," said Lexi.

"Plus, it's her body. She can do what she wants with it," said Anaela.

"Stay out of this, Anaela," said Maria.

"No. I won't! Lexi wants to keep this baby. It's her choice. Besides, she's 21. She's old enough to make her own choices so, back off!" yelled Anaela.

"Mum, I don't need you to make my choices. I'm not 5 anymore," said Lexi.

"Prehaps I should leave," said Ace.

"Good idea," they said.

Ace left just as Maria's eyes glowed black.

"Mum, why are your eyes glowing black?" asked Lexi.

"She has powers and so do I," said Anaela.

"What?" asked Lexi.

Maria fired at them but, Anaela protected them with an ice sheild. She blasted an ice blast at Maria. The impact sent her flying. That made her mad.

"Anaela Merideth Bunny!" yelled Maria.

She blasted Anaela and knocked her out cold.

The others came in just in time to witness what was gonna happen next.

Aren't I evil? I left a massive cliffhanger. By the way, PG, if you can't think of anything, I'll be more then happy to upload the next chappy for you. Bad chapter. I know. Bad reviews are welcome. Sayonara.
