The state of things here at LUO.

As is evident from a certain member loudly stating her displeasement with the boards as they are right now, LUO has undergone several changes since its inception, particularly in this forum.

Now, I'm far from being the oldest active member on this board, in terms of when I joined. But I've been around long enough to notice the drastic changes this board has undergone. Probably the biggest catalyst accounting for this change is the general board demographic - the age group has gone from about 17-21 to about 13-16. The number of male users has also decreased drastically.

For a more in depth analysis, I've made a video explain exactly what caused the changes here, both positive and negative. Pay attention to my words - I find their very explanatory and revealing.

Think of it as a state of the boards speech.

I'm leaving I know, should have been gone a million years ago, but I'm still waiting for that art prize from natynicole.

Anyway, this caught my eye as I'm one of these more mature (Some will disagree I know) senior male members. So a lot of the seniors and men have gone, and lots of younger girls have flooded in, the boards have changed no doubt.

But my question is, will there be any official changes considering rules and administration?

Well, I woudln't worry that much because more then half the members on here dont even come on that often. There are gonna be drastic changes and we should except that but I think what might be bugging some people is that this site isn't jsut about the Loonatics. I've found myself just talking about endless stuff and that becasue, lets face it, "Loonatics Unleashed" is dead. The people who have some friends on here or have been on such a long time they've become emotionally attatched don't want to leave the site just because the show is done.

As you guys remembe Jetsir kinda hurt me on a persoanl level, which is silly and shouldn't have happned because it's just a forum with someone over the internet flaming. But it did and that's because of what I had jsut explained. So, yeah....

P.S, that video nearly made my ears bleed after the first five seconds.

Gonna have to agree with LGAR here. I'm still surprised that this show even had that many older users. LU is for a younger age range, and the right age is starting to appear more. And yes; many members are never on. So things are a little insane around here-so what? How serious can a topic about six super-powered anthros from the future get? I always thought this was more for fun then a serious, mature conversation.
