Why do you think she pairs well with Duck (I know most of you support the Duri ship)...?

To prove that you actually know something about this character and not simply supporting her because she is an OC and you're a fave-bot, list at least one quality/trait/fact that you know about her...

What do you think makes her a good OC...?

well, for one, I've learned that Mairi is a particularly chipper gal, who loves cute and sweet things. She also shows a great adoration for many things that are small or compact. (i.e. Duck *DURRRR!!*, Cale, Quint and the other fan children, and Quick ^-^)

I myself support Duri, not just because I find it cute, but it seems to give off to me a sort of Yin Yang relationship, or opposites attract and so fouth. Where as Mairi is a sweet, simple, and tall Lyre bird, Danger is a self-absorbed, somewhat aggressive, complex, and SHORT Duck.

I feel that Mairi can give Duck the undying and attention filled love that he yearns for, and that which he may not have gotten enough of while orphaned. cry

I may have stated a trait I know about her already........I know In pictures I've seen on DA that she has a little dog who appears to be either a bulldog pup orrrr maybe a pug

Also Mairi tends not to "put out" as Duck calls it. And she's insecure on weather or not she should.

I think the fact that she's the first girl OC made that is actually TALLER than Lexi *eyeroll* shows some origionality and difference, at that makes her a pretty good OC.

I think that Mairi is a happy, cute stuff loving lyrebird who thinks that the smaller things are, it's more fun to be around them (in other words, the opisite of me! lol).

I thinks she goes well with duck because Duck likes anything that thinks he's awesome and Mairi thinks we's great.

I have nooooo idea what N.I.T.A. is, sorry.

Mairi is tall and almost constantly happy (I think I already said that). She quite likes Duck but he doesn't feel the same way about her.

Now could you do that on Frada!?

For one thing, yes, Mairi does like small things. This is because she likes small children. And because she likes small children, she eventually forms a bond with Tweetums that Duck despises. Mairi is in fact a childcare worker. 83

I may have came in too late, as all I can say is pretty much what Frada and Sye said... but I shall try my hardest not to copy them!

When I first found out about Mairi, I was taken by surprise. I didn't see Xtream as the OC-making type, but then again, I'm usually wrong. XD

Mairi is a really interesting character. She's really crazy and a little bit nuts (Which I adore XD)/ She's always cheerful no matter what Duck says to her.

Honestly, sometimes I pity the girl for being with Duck. But other times I nearly pass out from cuteness exposure *Cough*Iggy'sdrawing*Cough*

And... Since you have told us what/who N.I.T.A. is.... I shouldn't be allowed to answer. XD But that puppy is beyond adorable! *snuggles it*

Although Mairi can be insecure at times, she's always around to make Duck feel better!

I think that what makes her a good OC is that she is sooo different. Her difference is what I love about her!

Sorry if any of my rambling didn't make sense, I've had stomach aches all day and I had to wake up at 6AM this morning.... XD

I thought about choosing something like a woodpecker so that she could be descent of Woody, but then i decided that that was too limiting. I wanted the freedom of a character with no ties to a canon character and with an original species. 83

Mairi originally started out as Wren. Her design went through many, many, many changes before the Mairi you see today. 83
