angel blinked at Cassidy and a smile crossed her face. She couldnt see but she did know when people were uncomfortable. She tapped Cassidys shoulder and used simple hand signals to say , 'She saved me. Shes a great person'

Cassidy glanced over her shoulder to her freinds, who shrugged, not really sure.

"Uh.. Thank you, Liander..... We have our ship back there, we ran out of fuel..." The girls began following Liander and Angel. "So... If you're from Sari, how'd you get here?"

(I get the feeling that you've been stalking me around here, considering the fact that you know I lot about Cassidy's past.... XD)

 Liander traded a glance with Angel. angel knew what she was aksing and she nodded, willing to share her secret, partly "Well, I was kidnapped about 13 years ago by the Starzians. They were planning to do some experiments. Luckily after I kicked there ass for the fifth time they decided to use me for scecurity around an experiment called Project-" Angel shook her head then. "Sorry Cassidy but I have to keep my fat mouth shut now." Angel 'laughed' at that, opening her mouth like she was laughing.

 'we here." signed Angel suddenly. It was a small cave that looked warm.

The girls hesitatingly followed Liander and Angel into the cave. That is, except for Mairi, who refused to go in.

"No way! I'm not going in there!!" The lyre bird squeaked.

Icy and Cassidy exchanged sly looks. "OKay then.. you can stay out here where the giant bats and spiders are..."

Mazz crossed her arms defiantly. "I'm not scared of spiders!"

"Hey Cass, do you think there might be giant coyotes and foxes, ready to leap on unsuspecting lyre birds-" Icy didn't get to finish her sentence, as Mazz had taken off into the cave, leaving Quick, Cassidy, Icy, Lexi, and Amber in a daze.

liander scoffed. "The bats? they are giant, fruit bats. No more harmless then a fly." She sighed and hobbled over to a stump that was used as a chair. She sat down with another sigh. "I'm 45 years old and i really feel like it." ANgel patted her one the shoulder sympthaticly. "And our ship, the one we came here in uses nio and we still have it."

Cassidy was growing more and more curious. She had so many questions. Was their ship broken? Why did they stay here? Where did Angel come from? And what was the Starzian's project? Why did Liander keep it a secret?

Her thoughts were broken off by a small beeping noise. It was coming from Cassidy's bracelet. She pressed a button and a hologram of Tech popped up.

"Hey Tech!"

"Hey Cass, how are you and the girls doing?"

Cassidy hesitated. If she told him what had happened, Tech would automatically come out there to help them, spoiling the guys' short break as well as their own. Besides, the ship only needed more fuel, what could go wrong?

"Oh, we're doing fine! We just stopped for a break. Y'know, stretch our legs, explore a bit."

Tech smiled. "Great. Sounds like you're having fun, so I'll leave ya alone for now." He chuckled.

Cassidy smiled back. "Okay, see you soon." With that, she quickly blew him a kiss. Then the hologram disappeared.

liander chuckled at Cassidy. She remembered the little princess well. ANd she had a huge heart. "Sweet. He your husband?" Cassidy blushed and to every ones surprise, Angel laughed for real. liander was so shock she fell off the stump.

 "W-w-wha-?" ANgels said trying to speak, but it was to hard and she used her hands signals in confusion. 'What was that?' Liander just stared. She was as shocked as she was.

Cassidy's face continued to flush bright pink. "Yeah..." Suddenly, she could smell something.. something strange... something she had never smelt before. And it made her stomach flip. She placed a shakey hand over her stomach as she tried to sit down on another stump.

Quick watched the little girl who was aparently an ACTUAL angel bolt off into the jungle and turned to the woman sitting down.

Cassidy sat there and stared for a few minutes, then returned her attention to Liander, and her broken arm. Something about it bugged her, a silent voice telling her that she needed to look it over. She didn't know if the girl was skilled in first-aid, but she knew that if that bone wasn't set properly, the girl could lose use of her arm....

Sapphire managed a weak smile at Icy's direction, trying to reassure her with her eyes. However, a slight movement cought her eye. She snapped her head round and looked at the richly floral area where she'd seen the movement.

Silence.

A slight breeze came and Sapphire shivered, if one things for sure, SHE did not want to get lost here. She scooted over to the others a little closer just in case.

Meanwhile...

Ozzie crashed through the brush. He swore something was after him because everywhere he could here the bushes move, and low growls, and he could see eyes glaring at him.

The panic stricken ferret finally stopped and looked around out of breath. He jumped onto a slanting tree trunk and scampered up it like a squirrel.

Sitting in one of the branches he rubbed at his stone, chanting,

"My friends are in trouble
and I'm in a mess.
Magic of the ferret stone
send out an S.O.S!"

The stone flared up and began to fade in and out like a beacon. Ozzie gave a sigh of releif but then froze when he heard a hissing sound behind him.

Not wanting to look he slowly turned around...only to come eye to eye with a large green SNAKE!

"GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

From the girls' little clearing they saw the light flashing, and Icy shot up so quickly that she almost knocked Quick and Sapphire out of their stumps, and yelled, "Ozzziiieee!!!"

(Um, Stylze. Sorry, some things have changed a little and you didn't no about this so I'm gonna inform ya that this stroy is SERIOUSE roleplaying. We don't use script form. We write it out like a novel. Um, you might need to read from the beggining to get what I mean. While your at it read Icy's Story! It turned out really good! ^^)

Quick shot up and with an almost unseen move, grabbed hold of Icy's wrist and with a sudden burst of speed dissapeared through the dense jungle.

(Serenity, I freakin' love that little poem/chant by Ozzie. I don't know why, but I do! XD)

Cassidy trailed the girls quickly until they reached a large, slanting tree, where a mouse anthro and ferret were sitting, talking.

Icy grabbed Ozzie quickly and strangled him in a large hug. "STOP SCARING ME LIKE THAT!!!"

(mickeyme only has a mouse tail and ears. shes also only the hieght of a unsharped pencil)
 "Hey, ozzies nice!" said the hyper gril. Liander rolled her eyes and Angel made a strangle laughing sound. Liander jumped again at the shock of ANgel being able to make sounds but was getting use to it.

 "AM i glad we have you MM." said Liander, picking the crearture up. Mickey me giggled happily.

Cassidy glanced from Liander to Icy, then to the other girls. Meeting Liander had brought up some faint memories, and, not wanting to lose them as she had so many others, wanted Liander to come with them. But, seeing as how the trip was Icy's idea, she decided to ask her first.

As they followed Mickey-me back to the ship, Cassidy walked beside Icy. "Ice.." She whispered. "Is it okay if Liander and Angel come with us? Father and Maria might like to see her again as well.."

Angel heard Cassidy and burst into tears. Liander saw and wrapped her arm around Angels shoulders.
 "Angel?" said the woman. ANgel siighned what she heard and Liander broke into tears as well. SHe let go of Angel and hugged Cassidy. "Cass, I cant go back. They will want ANgel." angel nodded her permisson to go on. "Angel was the project. She supose to be a blood thirsty killer but she wasnt made like that. if we go back, everyone will be in danger."

(this is how i created ANgel and Liander though they werent from Sairi.)
