I would say either Tech or Duck.

I ended up voting Tech though because I picture him as a character who frequents late nights and falling asleep working on a project. Having a sleeping pattern like this can usually cause symptoms such as insomnia, mood swings, and sleep walking.

I say Rev...He's already fidgety in his sleep, I think he could manage a good sleep 'walk' (run) in deep sleep.

because he wanted to be the leader of the Loonatics for a long time.
and we know the obvious of his dream, I can imagine from his dream that even he is the leader his plan is still pathetic and useless. so in yours dream Duck! xD

I can also imagine Slam: Sleep walking to (You've guessed it) THE FRIDGE!

I'm not sure what Lexi would be doing Sleep walking, but I can imagine it
