Well throughout my stay here on the boards I'm wondering.

Throughout YOUR stay here on the message boards. Have you matured? Grown up? Grew out of your childish instincts? Posted more serious and clear posts?

We're all growing up here. Well for me I'd have to say I may have matured. I guess so. I don't really post much childish posts on the boards anymore. I'm turning 16 in October and when I joined I think I was 13.

Do I still act like the annoying childish 13-year-old girl to you guys now? And have any of you guys matured throughout the years?

Hmmm... I suppose I have. Though I've only been here a little over a year, I do feel more mature. It's pretty easy to tell I was a complete n00b when I joined, but I've gotten into the swing of things now.

Well, I've been on this site for less than a year, but I think I have matured.

I mean, some of the things I wrote for the first few chapters of my story 'The Big Mistake' were short and not very advanced, but now I've put lots of emotional depth, action scenes and jargon into them!

So I feel matured....

Oh wow, what a question....
I was on a pretty long AWOL period from this site for a while, chasing other obsessions (RENT, Treasure Planet, etc.) and dealing with real life. And, looking back on this past year, I realize that now it has been really insane. And great, I can't say it hasn't been great.

I was pretty much a loser (no, really. I'm being serious) before this past school year. But over this past year I've been involved with the drama program and the gay-straight alliance at my school. And now I've finally come to terms with myself and realized/accepted the fact that I'm a lesbian. During these past couple of years I've been in the closet (otherwise known as hell), and it was been painfully difficult every step of the way.

But I'm pretty sure it was worth it. I've met a lot of amazing kids, older and younger, that have been a great help and great friends to me this year. And one of them, I'm hoping, will soon become more than a friend. She's smart, has great taste in literature, a wonderful actress... I could go on. You get the idea: I think she's amazing.

And I think, in my posts, some maturity from my past experiences will be seeping into my posts.

But for old times' sake: OMG WTF?!? TECH PWNZ j00 ALLZ!!!

I think we have all matured at least a little.

There are a few topics, fan fictions, and fan arts that take maturity not to go bizerk(in a bad way) over, but have been excepted by every one. Or people a smart and matur enough not to look at the topics they don't want to see.

If it weren't for this site, I think I'd feel like an empty shell. I've improved so much on my writing over these years, and I've grown to express more to people than I would have done in the past.

I'll like to say yes, expecially since I don't randomly curse or offend someone in every post I make (it kinda embarasses me to this day)

I know I haven't been here for that long, but as ErrorMacro (if any of you guys noticed) in reality I've been here since almost the site came (I had to change my name a little,most of my names have something to do with the word 'Loonatic') so I guess so, I've indeed changed
