To be honest, I wouldn't be that depressed over it. I'd be disappointed, but then I've had to live through the cancellation of Tiny Toons, Animaniacs, B:TAS, X-Men, Duck Dodgers, and most recently JL/U. After all that angst and drama at seeing the end of those, I think I'm prepared to deal with the eventual end of LU. 'Sides, there's always DVD (and I'll bet money that LU will be on DVD soon enough).

meeh cause then i can save more space by having less episodes downloaded --, the only thing id care about is that they made a completely new thing and restart hence the scripts and animation is rough
i have 2 but i was too late and there is currently no info hash on any of the remaining torrents cause i used bittorrent so im stuck with ep 7 and the 2nd part to the last episode...
I would be really really disapointed, but I would get over it eventually, and I would have to move on,as much as I would hate too. I just hope that the wb or CW would cancel it just after an epiosde like that.leave us wondering what would happen next you know like what nick did with Hey Arnold. they would have to at least wait untill the season is over to cancel it.
I`d accept it, but I`d only feel satisfied if it lasted for at least two more seasons. We need some plotlines here! There`s a lot of potential for this series. Nonetheless, I get the feeling it`ll be up to us fans to fully draw out that potential.
The creators of the show apparently want it to last a long time too. I think there's an article still floating around the internet somewhere that kind of adresses that, which unfortunately I can't find right now because it's over a year old. An executive mentioned that they hoped for Loonatics to run for five or six seasons, which I believe was a hint that they have some pretty ambitious plans for the series. Basically, I don't think they're going to drop this show on a whim. (and by a whim, I mean they aren't going to cancel it on account of crabby haters who aimlessly whine about it on Internet Movie Datebase.)
The writers also still have a lot of ground to cover, such as continuing the character development they've been going on much more extensively since the beginning of season 2, how the main characters met, what adventures they had before the events in "On Ice", the new villians, and the Guardian Strike Sword. I'm probably leaving out a lot of stuff, but you get the point; now is not a good time to cancel the series.
Remember how in season 1 the most important stuff started to happen after the sixth episode, "Comet Cometh"? In that episode, we got to see Optimatus for the first time, who ended up being the most pivotal villain in the series so far. The sixth episode of THIS season, "Apocalypso", might be just as important in that way. Maybe we'll get a peek of what happened to the 'Tics immediately after the meteor struck, sort of like how we got flash backs to their lives before the meteor. (Comet Cometh, the meteor strikes. Apocalypso, the characters are figuritively in the Apocalypse.)

A valid observation. Personallly, I`d like to see the Loonatics` universe explored a little more. We should eventusally get to see just what`s become of Freling, see this planet "Gossamer", see what other alien lifeforms have begun contact with Acmetropolis, see if there are any other magic swords and such stuff on Freling. Not to mention...we should see if Lexi`s hug in Acmegeddon will ever come to mean something. If they want to continue the series for five or six seasons, I say "power to WB!" for the best idea they`ve had in years.
That's another good possible idea for "Apocalypso" there Anna! The ep title could be referring to the 'apocalyptic situation' in Acmetropolis when the meteor struck over a year ago. So it could be an ep that shows what happened to the Loonatics during and after the meteor impact.
And yes, i agree this series has alot more potential ground to cover in its storylines. It needs more season to develop and flourish.
We already know what happened after the meteor hit. ;)

I would love to see how the Loonatics were first banded together, if they freaked out when they discovered their powers, if they tried to hide it from others, including Zadavia when she found them.

Also, I`ve come up with the perfect way for the Loonatics to have decided their name. One of the possible running gags in the origins story could be where Duck`s constantly urging the team to find a name for themselves ("It sure would be a lot easier than just saying "team" over and over again, right team?") and after they`re about to perform some madman stunt to stop the villain late in the story, Duck of all people could be the one to (unintentionally) come up with the team name.
Duck: (prior to performing crazy plan) We have got to be absolute lunatics.
Ace: Hmmm...Loonatics...I like it! Alright then. Loonatics, let`s jet!
Yikes.I hate it when that happens.I'd be sooooooooooooo pathetic and I would listen to boring songs if Loonatics Unleashed got cancelled.
P.S.I have got to watch Loonatics Unleashed on YouTube over again. If I don-DAMNIT!!!Episode four is over!I can't believe I ever did that.Time for plan B
P.S.S.I'm still thinking of plan B...Now I don't know what the hell I'm doin.I have to watch The King and I.

WB head: Well, there goes LU. Maybe now, we'll stop getting flamed by the LT purists. random employee: Sir, the mail room is flooded with mail from the LU fans...they're demanding that you put it back on air. WB head: It isn't that bad, is it? random employee: Sir, it's like the mail version of The Day After Tomorrow.
Hey guys. Some doofus at imdb.com called Macabre-16 says it seems like the end of Loonatics. I think he's just another flamer. I wouldn't worry. I looked at what he posts. He doesn't look like a reliable source.

I think i read that post of his too. But i don't think he was necessarily flaming LU. He was just stating that there has been no sign of a 3rd season for the show yet, so it might not happen. Coz WB have announced renewals for LoSH, The Batman, T&J Tales and S&S-Doo: GaC!, but nothing about LU for now. So he personally may take that as a sign that there may not be another season in store for LU. But us LU fans will just have to hold our breaths until an official confirmation from WB comes out. Soon hopefully!
I may sound crazy, but look on the bright side (yes, there is one): If they actually "end" the series on season 2`s finale, we always have Black Oracle, Stella Magic and myself to look to for continuations to the series (even if they will be three separate fanons).
Actually, maybe it would be better if they canceled it. *is brick'd* Ha! You guys are probably all like at me right now, but I swear there's a reason. How would they end this show? If it wasn't cancelled and they went on for six/seven seasons, how would it end? Friends ended with Chandler and Monica moving. Nanny ended with Fran finally having kids. How would they end a kids' show with six superheroes? Of course, I am rooting for a third (maybe fourth?) season. And about seeing on screen, we could make youtube videos!!!!!!! YAY!!!
None of us would really know how LU would end. Once the adventure begins, you can't seem to find an end for it. It's like killing somebody after sometime they've been living. It would be sad. I don't think anyone (including WB) could "kill" a show. It would just seem heartless to do so.
Plus, I have learnt so much from LU. At first, I didn't have a clue what my personality was until I watched it (along with some manga and anime). In fact, without it, I wouldn't be the happy go lucky person with personality that I am. I wouldn't be me! Thank you WB for developing myself into a better person.
Yeah, Akira Cat. LU has taught me to be a more sociable person. And it taught me how to handle depression (listen to Rev or Duck). Thanks, WB. I have an emergencey kit in the event that the show is cancelled after the 2nd season:
1. Write letters to WB, but sophisticated letters. Not "OMG YOU TOTAL MORONS YOU SUCK LIKE " Make us LU lovers sound professional. 2. Watch Daily motion/youtube videos of LU. Maybe if the videos there get popular, WB will take the hint. 3. Buy/borrow/use currency to obtain DVDs of S1 and S2 when it comes out. Ditto #2. 4. Stop watching WB if you can. If you like another show, by all means watch it. I personally, don't like of WBs shows ezcept for LU.
Wow. I thought I was the only one who's had his or her character improved by watching LU. I thought for a while it was completely idiotic, but I guess anyone can be wrong.
I came to realize through watching it that the people who should matter most are your family and best friends, and that it's unwise to take out our lack of self confidence or appreciation on other people. And that there's a difference between doing something because you want to be praised or because you really love it.
4. Stop watching WB if you can. If you like another show, by all means watch it. I personally, don't like of WBs shows ezcept for LU.
Christ, I know how you feel. I used to love Kids WB, but IMHO it's been incredibly bad for a long time, and it's not because I've gotten older. I remember a few folks on TV.com stating that LU is the only watchable show on that channel these days.

In spite of how I loved Pokemon to death once upon a time, I couldn't agree more. It opened up the market for badly dubbed anime that would of course sell toys, video games, playing cards, and movies.
