Check out Internet movie datebase for Loonatics, and look at the trailers section-it looks like a 2-disk DVD set of the first season is coming out. This is great, of course, but I was surprised by how soon they released something like a 2-disc set. Didn't it take a while for Teen Titans to get something like that? Are the ratings for Loonatics THAT good?
I'm really hoping they have good special features. I'm crossing my fingers for audio commentaries. But I'm defiantely going to get it when I see.
Anyone else?

If a DvD does come out, I'll be able to take better screenshots for icons! Yey! ^^
And I'm hoping for some cool special features as well.

A DVD? Dang, if that comes out, I`ll have to get it. Then, if I ever need/want to watch an episode again, I`ll just have to pop it in my PS2 and let it run! Plus I`ll have something to entertain my kids if I ever start a family in the future (I know, a little soon for me to be thinking about that, but it`s a good thing to desire starting a family ahead of time).
I hope it has bios on all the heroes and villains. I want to know more about Mallory and Tech. Anyone who gets the release date first, notify immediately.
well anna you beat me to posting this....about the dvd who knows what it will have but I dont think it will have audio commentary come on will the producers really do that for a kids show, and as for specal features again there is little chance of that but hey I could be wrong.
Rev: -does the same- Why are we running aroud screaming OMFGMOFGOMFG again?

I've been hoping they'd do a DVD.(now if they could do the same thing with Tiny Toons) Anyway I hope they have good special features. I was thinking that maybe they might show the first pilot or something.(when the Loonatics looked like they didn't have souls and Zadavia was just a secrtary(sp?) I can't wait to get it.
P.S: Did they say anything about a date?

A LU dvd?! Cool! I was must wondering if they'd ever release one any time soon! I'd probably obtain a copy of it from the net since i live in the UK. I too hope that it'll have some nice special features. Some character artwork would be cool!
Maybe for the special features, they'll display some of the production work that got done before the series 'went to cartoon rehab'. We could get an idea of what direction it was originally going. (story-wise, mostly.)

I think Martiangirl on Deviantart put a link on for the trailer of "Bah Humduck". If you go on deviantart search Martiangirl, go on her profile, click on the journals she's got and there should be a journal devoted to it and has the link to the trailer.
Oh, I've seen the sneak peek for Bah Humduck! It looks so good! The animation is all smooth and detailed. It may have a nice healthy dose of heart too! I am so seeing it!

StellaMagic wrote: Good news guys! I have received word from tvshowsondvd.com and tv.com that the Loonatics DVD will come out on March 13, 2007.
Heard it on TV.com. Great news! And the DVD box art looks good! Tech looks like he's pumping a bit of muscle in bending a metal rod in his clenched hands! *Drools* And interestingly, they mentioned a mini-game as an extra on this DVD set!
You know, I was just trying to find a Rev picture, so that I could draw him but I looked on this web link on www.ask.com , and found this info instead but it is still great to know that the rumours are true!
According to this, it should be out in 13th March 2007 and would cost $19.87 but I'm not sure if you can order it or what not.
Hope you like it!

A very good team shot. You know, no matter how cool any one of them look alone, they always seem their best when standing together. There`s just soemthing about their looks that compliments each other.

Too true I thought you guys were joking when you said Tech was bending a bar! There goes my Chrismas idea. Oh well it's better the 2008. The artwork is very awsome!

It's the matching black suits that make them go together as a team! LOL! But you're right, group pictures of a team of superheroes always look very impressive to me!
Is it just me or are Ace and Lexi looking at each other?
No they ARE looking at each other This time, I`m not the one to point something like this out. Indeed, they do seem to be looking at each other, but then why would they be? It could just be a coincidence of the angle of their eyes. Normally, I wouldn`t dispute a hint pointing to my fav (and only) LU couple, but this time I gotta question it a little.
Perhaps it's one of those team work confirmation signalling glances. Y'know when you get two members of a team about to perform a coordinated attack, and they look and nod at one another before charging in to check that they're both ready. Maybe it's meant to be something like that. Since Ace and Lexi are meant to fight well together.
You going to march in proudly that day and let everyone around you know of your purchase? Or is there going to be any people like me who are you going to enter BestBuy with a trenchjacket and sunglasses.

Martiangirl! I'm surprised at you! How can you, a frequent poster at LU message boards, be ashamed of being seen buying a LU DVD?! Display your purchases proudly people! LOL! Besides, wearing a trenchcoat and shades are more likely to attract attention to you rather than the opposite effect!
My own family doesn't even know I watch it religiously. My dad is a bit of a traditionalist (slightly different from purist, but not by much). I'm not sure how'd he react, and truthfully, I'd rather not find out. He was the one who told me about Loonatics in the first place, assuming I'd share his sentiment that it was an awful idea. As for my sister. . .well she already has more than enough ammo for her artillery.
