Although i don't think the "Robin's egg blue" shade really suits him, but Tech does look more stunning in a cape! *Fangirl giggle.* He almost reminds me of Magneto there! If you could just give him a purple or red cape instead. And are you too a Tech fan Cheri?

Sorry Oddity. I got a little caried away there. It's just Duck's always the comic relief of the show and I just can't help it. Besides, Duck was the one who made that bet with Tech. No-one else.
