The vid clip on the Kids WB site looks awesome in the action department! It certainly looked like all the Loonatics got good action roles there. Will they rescue Zadavia in time before those trains crush her? Oooo, the suspense!
On a side note, what was Zadavia wearing? And was she unconscious?
And why was Ace handing that guitar weapon over to the music guy initially? Did the music guy make a deal with him that if he handed back that guitar, he'd release Zadavia or something?
And all the cool weaponry the Loonatics were using! Duck was holding a huge honking multi-barrelled gun!
And Tech with his sharp-shooting aim again! *Drools*
Animefangirl11 wrote: OoOo, now THIS episode looks promising Finally some more Zadavia!! And the villian looks very coolz ^_^ And Rev saved Ace!!! XD w00tness.
The villains look a little cheesy in my opinion, but i'm more interested in the action the Loonatics get! And yes! Rev saved Ace! Woohoo! Good catch Rev! And Tech on his motorbike = coolness! The action sequence in that vid clip really did look impressive!
But it confused me a little how the music guys that Tech hit with his gluco gel were mannequins? So presumably, the real music villains weren't on that stage to start with? That's what happened with the Otto robot double that Tech netted in "The Hunter" too! And the robot Massive that Tech shot! What's with all these false targets that Tech keeps being duped into firing on? All these villains seem to be good at creating exact replicas of themselves!
I think I figured it out judging by the outfit. Zadavia must have announced that she will be returning home soon, so the Loonatics treat her to a night on the town. They take her to a concert featuring Boots, but it turns out they are enemy soldiers Zadavia knew from her past. That guitar Ace had must actually be a dangerous weapon that uses sonic booms to destroy buildings and cities.
I still prefered the hypnotic music plot where some characters at least fall victim to the hypnotic music. But besides that, the leading man looks so cute .
Simba: Eerr... Akira. You do realise he was a mannequin in that clip.
Me: A mannequin? WHERE IS THE REAL LEADING MAN!?!?!?
Rev: What about me?
Me: I still love you Rev. You saved Ace's life. But him...
Rev: I think that leading man has brain-washed her!

Eeek! Snap out of it Akira! *Slaps Akira a couple of times across the face.* You can't like the bad guy with the odd star-shaped shades! He's evil! I'd rather you stick to clinging onto Rev!
That commercial made me think of "The Perils of Pauline"...I laughed, but then I remembered how I've had this sneaking suspicion that they would kill off Zadavia that dates back to Acmegeddon. Then I went "Oh dear. This might end in tears." Hopefully not, though.
Then again, those trains looked awful close to impacting her. Eek.
That one guy's voice sounds familiar. I think he sounds like the guy who does the main vocals for the Season two theme. If it's him, he's either good-humored about playing a villian who's attempting to sandwhich one of the most important characters in LU with a couple trains, or the writers/animators hate the new theme music as much as majority of the fandom does and he's pretty much unaware of what they're trying to say.
Final note: You know it's serious business when Ace gets his butt kicked.

I thought that Music villain's voice sounded familiar too, but at first i couldn't figure out from where. Then it hit me. Did Ace call him "Boots"? I think some people have said that the S2 opening's singer was 'Bootsy Collins'? It's gotta be him voicing that Music villain guy. Somehow i'm getting the feeling that this ep's gonna be fairly significant. Like you guys have said, it's serious when Ace gets his butt handed to him and the boss-lady is kidnapped!
I don't think that really is Zadavia. What if that is just a hologram to keep the Loonatics distracted like those dummies they captured. I wonder how thoses rock thugs know about her and what they want with the Loonatics. Can anyone repeat the lines from that commercial? There might be a clue to what the narrorator said.
Well that would be very misleading if the unconscious Zadavia was a hologram. But the even if she was real, the loonatics will always find a way to save her before it's too late.
There are still a few things that are screwy to me:
1. Those rock jerks know Zadavia because the lead called her Zaddie. 2. How did they easily subdue her? 3. What is the deal with the guitar Ace was holding? 4. Why was Zadavia wearing a regular outfit? 5. Why is Tech the only one on a cycle?
If it is a fake Zadavia, I can imagine the motivation would be the make the 'Tics disheartened and depressed. Then you'd have to ask what the real Zadavia would think, and what would happen.
(trains collide with "Zadavia" between them)
Ace: No!!! We're too late! She's dead! I have no reason to live!!!(draws out sword and aims for his writs.)
Tech: Ace, don't! If you're going to commit suicide, do it in the bathroom when we're not around to watch!

I've seen it on Kids WB in the vid section. It's a pretty amazing episode I hope!Anyways,I need to go now,umm I busy...very busy with homework and such.
P.S.The music villian is actually a manneqin. They even used Tech's Gluco-Gel 9000 again in that episode.

I can already hypothesize two possible ways for the Loonatics to save Zadavia now:
1. Have Rev superspeed over to her and grab her before those trains hit, OR 2. Have Tech use his electromagnetic powers to lift or crush or toss those trains away from Zadavia!
But most likely, neither of those will happen! Oh well...
Tho' the Loonatics were using alot of weapons in the vid clip, probably courtesy of Tech again (Yey!). Maybe they'll end up using one of their fancy 'toys' to save Zadavia?
And i wonder what kind of super energy those instruments use? They seem to be able to create anything the music villains want out of thin air! Doesn't seem feasible. But who cares? As long as the Loonatics get a good fight!

I think Tech using his powers like that to save Zadavia would be a very cool thing to watch too! Tho' something tells me it probably won't happen. *Sigh* 'Coz Tech hasn't being using either of his powers much this season. The writers seem to have forgotten about Tech's regenerative and EM powers alot.
-paranoid idea returns- I BET THE WB HEADS ARE WATCHING OUR EVERY MOVE RIGHT NOW! AND THEY'LL STEAL THE TECH-SAVING-ZADAVIA IDEA! QUICK! EVERYONE PUT ON YOUR TIN-FOIL HELMETS!
the_oddity wrote: -paranoid idea returns- I BET THE WB HEADS ARE WATCHING OUR EVERY MOVE RIGHT NOW! AND THEY'LL STEAL THE TECH-SAVING-ZADAVIA IDEA! QUICK! EVERYONE PUT ON YOUR TIN-FOIL HELMETS! Hey, let them use my 'Tech-saving-Zadavia' idea! I'd be very happy to see that happen in the upcoming ep!
Or, maybe Tech could just use his electromagnetic powers to halt those trains in their tracks whilst one of the other Loonatics grabs Zadavia, then Tech can release those trains and let them collide! Then it'd be a team effort rescue!
Me: Not what. Who. I'm looking for that guy with the cool shades and the top hat.
Twilightgirl: But Akira. He's a villain. And even so, he's a mannequin.
Me: Well if there's a mannequin of him, then he must be real.
Twilightgirl: So what's so special about this guy then?
Me: His cool shades, the top hat and his cool costume. And he plays the guitar. In fact, I can hear him playing that hypnotic song right now. Aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh...
Twilightgirl: Hmph. Trust a guitarist to fall in love with another guitarist.

Yeah. I play bass, electric and acoustic guitar. I also play the keyboard, piano, recorder and I can sing too. That's why I'm doing music tech for an A-Level.
Good sweet lord Akira! You're super talented in music and in French! WAAAAHHHHH! I hate it when someone is so massively more talented than i! It makes me feel...small and skill-less. But it's a good thing for you! Ignore me...i'm just being a sour puss.
And kaejae, yes, the Loonatics used their coloured motorbikes in "I am Slamacus" and "Secrets of the Guardian Strike Sword" before. Tho' seeing Tech on his bike is still cool! *Drools*
Hey, guys, I found a website that had an interview with Bootsy Collins. Not only is he guest starring on Saturday's ep, but he said they are working on a soundtrack.

Well, there are other things in life that can make us happy! Our loved ones like friends and family, cute things like kittens, puppies, hamsters, gerbils, and pangolins, warm sunny days, layers of thick blankets and a soft pillow, fuzzy long socks, hugs, pretty pictures, hot ramen with chicken bits, and other thiiings!! Happiness can be anywhere!

LOL! A nagging doll i personally would find disturbing and scary! He! He!
oddity's Bugs Bunny doll: Hello.
Me: Ahhhhh! Talking doll! *Runs away in terror screaming.* AAAGGGHHHHH!!
And yes Anna, i know there are other things in life that can make one happy. But one of the things that brings real happiness for me is when i am confident in myself and my abilities! Not that i'm trying to sound stuck-up, but i spent a long time in my past suffering low self-esteem. Tho' things have changed a bit more now fortunately.
Stella, care to provide a link to that Bootsy Collins interview?
Bugs Bunny doll: ...man. I hate it when people run.
D'aw. -huggles-
Bugs Bunny doll: NO! NO HUGGING! PUT ME DOWN AND DO HOMEWORK OR SOMETHING!
I've spent a lot of years (and continuing for an unknown amount of time) suffering from low self-esteem. I'm not sure if it's that I'm afraid what others think, or past memories of flamers, or peer pressure, or that I'm ignored a lot, or that my fanfictions generally are ignored, or maybe it's just that everything I do really is crap.
Oddity, I've learnt that once you really start believing in yourself and not relying on the opinions of others, then your self-esteem tends to follow too.
...because it's true. I mean, seriously, whatever I do comes out pretty crappy, and the weird thing is that the more effort I put it, the worse it comes out. That's why I'm afraid to practice drawing.
I read your latest story about Duck and Pinkster. That counts doesn't it?
And back on topic, i've been watching the vid clip again and pausing it at several points. I'm now wondering about the location the Loonatics are at? That dome shaped building behind them has an unpside down triangle emblem on it (underneath the windows). Could that building be some other alternative new base of the Loonatics or something? Which could explain why Zadavia's there (maybe she was in the building?). Or is it just some fancy futuristic train station? Hmm...

Thanks for the link Stella, but when he said that they had done a soundtrack for LU, i think he just meant the opening theme for S2, not that they are producing a soundtrack compilation for release in stores.
It surprised me too. I wonder who is Bootsy's favorite Loonatic is. Maybe we will find out Saturday when we see who centers around it. My guess will be Ace.
