This is Didi Le Fume, descendant of Tiny Toon Fifi Le Fume. Her personality is pretty different from her ancestor as she doesn't speak in a French accent(though she does blurt French exclamatories and speak French when she's angry) or pursues romance. She's a goth BTW. Her powers are telekenisis. Her natural power is Skunk stench which lets off when she's angry or frustrated.
I designed her costume to be different from the other Loonatics'. The costume is supposed to have a cape, but I forgot it.

Hello there The Skunk! Hmm, reminds me a bit of Sonic style art. She has a very different costume to the other Loonatics i've noticed. But her hair and tail looks wonderfully bushy and fluffy to touch! He! He!

Thanks. I've been using the Sonic art style a lot that it seems to come naturally. The hair and tail are pretty bushy. I got the idea of the skunk colored hair from Pierre Le Pew. I like his hair.

Here's another fan character I made. She's Sheri the Loon, descendant of Shirley from Tiny Toons:
Her costume is a bit more traditional except for the miniskirt. Her powers are of ice(wait, should SHE have the telekenesis? Ah, forget it.) and don't worry Oddity. she won't get in the way of you loving Duck. Before the comet hit, she was an amateur psychic. She's like Shirley, and even speaks using "like" all the time.

Sheri's mini-skirt makes me think of the pink ranger from power rangers! Her curled hair looks very well styled, i can just see her losing her temper if her hairdo was ever messed up in a battle! He! He! Nice work.
