On top of that, relationships with the boss almost always Bad News.  Especially since Duck gets jealous enough already when Zadavia give attention to any of the others.

I can't read through all the posts coz I gotta go, so if anyone's mentioned this, please forgive me...

Isn't this set after season 2? In that case, doesn't Zadavia have a lack of powers?

Sorry if I'm wrong, but I'd thought I'd better bring it up.

Anyways - ZOMIGAWD! Tech and Zadavia, sitting on the beach - K.I.S.S.I--- wait... no they didn't... =.=

Great chappies! I'm so pumped! Can't wait for more...!

The finishing touches! This one's very short (but sweet hopefully!). Sorry it took me a while to get this final chap. up, I've been away from the computer for a few days coz of revision! I hates exams! But anyway, how will it end for Tech and Zadavia?

Chapter 7

When he slowly opened his eyes again, Tech found himself looking up at a white ceiling, lying on a bed. He was back in the medical room of Zadavia’s underwater base. Ace, Lexi and Rev’s faces appeared in his line of vision. They looked down on him with relieved smiles.

“Good morning sleepy head!” Lexi joked.

“How-ya-feelin’-Tech-ole-buddy?” Rev asked.

Tech sat up in his bed and rubbed the fur on the back of his head. Fur! He had fur again! He immediately looked to the reflective metal wall beside him. He was welcomed by the familiar sight of his old, naturally light brown coyote form once again.

“Wilde?” he suddenly questioned.

“In custody,” answered Ace, “and all the animals he had been experimenting on are being taken proper care of now.”

“So it looks like everything’s finally back to normal then.” Lexi commented.

Tech looked away from his team mates, his thoughts wondering to someone else.

“Almost everything.” he mumbled.

Some time later, Zadavia was sitting on her bed, looking out her window at the sea life swimming past when she heard a light knock on her bedroom door.

“Enter.” Zadavia called.

Tech walked in, back in his regular black and green uniform.

“Tech…I trust you are feeling…better?” Zadavia politely asked.

“Mostly.” Tech replied. “And how about you?”

“I am…” Zadavia didn’t finish her utterance.

There was a short silence between them then. Their eyes looked elsewhere, avoiding each others’ gazes. At length, Zadavia resumed speaking again.

“Tech, there’s something…I wanted to tell you,” she began, “about how I felt when you were…”

Tech lay a green finger upon Zadavia’s lips, halting her from saying any more.

“I know,” Tech said in a soft, understanding tone, “but we are what we are. Appearances will not change that.”

Zadavia looked deep into his familiar lime-green eyes, the eyes of the man she had fallen in love with, now within the body of a coyote. She searched for comfort buried within those vibrant eyes.

“Remember what I said before? You’re never alone. I’ll always be here for you Zadavia, whenever you need me,” Tech assured, “as a close friend.”

Tech then leaned forward and embraced Zadavia in a hug. Zadavia hugged him back tightly, not wanting to ever let him go. But eventually they parted, and Tech promptly turned away from Zadavia as he left her bedroom. She didn’t need to see the mournful expression on his face. He would spare her that. But as he exited her room, he didn’t see Zadavia’s hand reaching out to him needfully, or the closing of her fingers as she sought to gain some control over her emotions, or the glistening tear that slid down her cheek, the distillation of her heart break.

The End.

What can i say, i'm a sucker for tragedy, painful as it is.

Aaaaaw!!! That's so sweet! Glad Tech is coyote again.  Nice work BO!

Ahem.  Gawd, it's so tragic.  Those last few lines really tug at the ol' heartstrings, and I love that final metaphor.

Sorry if my ending was rather upsetting to read, but at least it had great effect! Which was what i was aiming for primarily. That, and to drive home the point that love exists in many forms!

Awwwww! KJ has space for sympathy for Tech in her heart! I am proud of ye KJ my dear! He! He!

And yes, i too am revising at the mo for an exam! Good luck to both of us!

I'm all sad now. That was amazing. How could he let her go? He loves her. She loves him. Awe... I'm sad. *bottom lip trembles* If this was ever made into an actual episode, it would be dubbed the 'chick-flick eppie'. It was so beautifully sad. Well done on another brilliant story B_O! 

AND I finished the human Tech picture... it sucks, but it's there for those who wish to veiw it...

Amazing ending to an amazing story as always B_O!

Sorry i didn't review earlier, my computer crashed on me last week and I am going absolutely crazy without LUO! I finnaly got on my uncle's computer and I'm happy now. Though i know i wont once i get off.

I also started a new story! its in the fanfic section and I've got more chapters done on this one then 'Gone'.

Anyway I'm glad i finnaly got to read the ending. It was driving me nuts!

The Tech, that Black Oracle described in her fanfic made 
good ol' Tech seem much younger and much more hotter!
Like in his mid-twenties.

*Dashes in.* I'm baaaacckkk! From my 2 week holiday in Malaysia! I see there's been some commenting on my "Forbidden Love" fic during my absence, mostly about the tragically frustrating ending. Let me explain my reasons for it. Despite the appeal of Techdavia to me, i don't think it is a relationship that could ever really occur on the show, so i sought to 'put things back the way they were' before Tech's transformation into a human on an external level, but of course the tragedy of their 'potential' romance occurs on an intimate internal level then. The main barrier in this story to Tech and Zadavia's developing love was obviously their differing species. They're too different from one another physically, beings from different worlds and of radically different physiologies. In summary, it would be too awkward and controversial if they were to get together properly. Tech's time as a human gave Zadavia a rare chance to consider Tech through new perceptions, and she for a short time actually had a taste of what he could have been like as a romantic partner had they been of compatible races, but alas, Tech had to become a coyote again and thus his and Zadavia 'potential' love could not be. In the end, I had Tech painfully realize and abide by this natural physical barrier between him and Zadavia. In order to prevent difficulties and complications in a close loving relationship with Zadavia, he has to put aside impulsive romance from his heart and follow the sensible reasoning of his head. And as we all know about Tech, he usually relies on his mental logic the most. I had Tech do what he thought was best for both him and Zadavia in the end by having him reject the idea of romantic love between them.

What can I say Hamaniel D. I'm a sucker when it comes to love.
For what is life with out Love?
