Yey! Oddity's a black hole survivor too! I'm not the only one now! You know aside from making all those posts, we also had to escape the clutches of a deadly black hole as well to achieve our status! He! He! So you must all be thrown into black holes to be initiated into the ranks of black hole survirors! Muhahahahaha! I kid!

And i'm thinking that Ace must be rather bloated now from stuffing all that ice cream down! Chubby Ace!

Nope. For 1500, you get to the Star Seeker status. To get to Black Hole Survivor, you need 2000.

Well, the team could certainly be a weakness for Ace. Does anyone think for one second that Ace would dare risk his team`s life even if it meant jeapordizing the mission? If they decide to make Ace and Lexi a couple, they could also make her a weakness in specific, which I would find cute for some queer reason.

Like, some dangerously cunning villain (usually a villainesse) knows that Lexi is one of the closest people to Ace`s heart, and knows that so long as Lexi`s life is in danger (and likely in the villain`s hands), Ace could even be made into an unwilling servant to protect her.

That would be interesting to see Crossfire. Though i think Ace would initially be trying to figure out a way to bring this cunning villain down and rescue Lexi before he would think to bend to his/her will.

From what I've heard so far about the next couple of eps, there's a huge opportunity for the season 2 finale to be really powerful. If the series doesn't continue production after all, how these next two eps play out could very well determine how some of us remember the series. (not that I'm saying this the end of our beloved Loonatics.) Anyone else think so?

And i think the S2 finale eps will certainly be of a bigger scale than previous eps. I'm just hoping it gives us all a satisfying ending in case it really is the end of LU! Like KJ says, i'm still holding out for a 3rd season someday! Now if only i could get a blasted petition to show support for the show up!

A satisfying ending....oh, I'd love that. All the loose ends tied up...that would be wonderful...Seriously, I could make a list of all the stuff that should be resolved by the end of the season.

Very good questions. I'm sure the matter of Ace and his Guardian Strike Sword will be brought up again in the finale eps. They've made such a big deal about the sword and its great powers this season and it's bound to be leading somewhere. As to why Ace received the sword, i presume Zadavia presented it to him when he became leader of the Loonatics. Y'know, a great weapon for a great hero type thing.

I've also been pondering your second point about Tech and Zadavia. "The Music Villain" certainly seemed to raise a few eyebrows about them. And i think it would be a bit of a shame if the finale eps (or some future ep) didn't address Tech and Zadavia's apparently 'favourable' relationship. I can't help feeling now that there is quite possibly more to Tech and Zadavia than has been let on. I'm also thinking of the ep "Creep in the Deep" when Tech was the one that proposed they "should pay Zadavia a visit" and asked her in that hunky voice "may i?".

Though they aren't neccessarily indicators of anything.

I had another thought about how Zadavia could get her powers back. She might not need to get them back from the cosmic guitar. Her powers are cosmic light-based right? Perhaps if she was to be exposed to a source of cosmic light energy, she could be 'recharged'?

And i suspect that Freleng is still standing and in one piece. Though why Zadavia has not returned there yet has not been satisfactorily answered.

Personally, I feel that the show needs at least two more seasons for there to be a satisfying conclusion to the series.

What worries me is that since the WB merged with UPN into the chimera known as the CW; the CW might not have the commitment to want to keep a uniquely WB show like Loonatics Unleashed. I know that LU is on a block called KidsWB but that block is currently appearing on the CW networks. If those stations had remained WB networks then I would have more hope for LU future.
