Perhaps it's a regional variation.  I've never heard it used for lice in my neck of the woods.

I'd like to point out that the article stated that the word is slowly loosing it's literal meaning.  I guess it's just lost it completely where I'm from.

Thanks... I didn't know what was cooties...

Bird can have fleas... I already saw in some birds... but normally when the birds have a lot of contacts with Street dog... but is really strange because the birds are clean animals... and if the have fleas they it them...

But is to see if we can find some information on internet about the relation fleas/birds...

and that part was for the comical... I'm sure Duck doesn't have fleas... or lice... or whatever of those creatures...

I know!!!

(and when I sayd he doesn't have fleas is because only in that chapter he has fleas... normally he doesn't have)

Those Fuzz Ball were soooo cuteeee (yeah but if they eat chocolate... they are scary... like the gremlings)

You'd think that they would have eliminated flea problems by 2773. XD Or perhaps fleas are nessescary to pets in some way?

 Jajajajajajajajaja

And if my eyes are right... almost all the planet is a city... that mean they destroyed a lot of forest... so fleas don't have animals to eat, so they go against humans and Loonatics... jajajajajajajaja

I believe 'plucked' is the correct term. ;)

Well, at least WB is consistent with their artdepartmentmakesnosense.

I believed the same thing... why he did that?... is better have the leg black...

Question: After you plucked a bird... it doesn't grown feathers again?? or yes...

And there you can see the mutation that ducks had all those centuries...

I only want to know which color have Rev's legs if they are plucked!!!!

Birds shed and regrow feathers all the time just like other animals shed and regrow hair and fur, so I imagine a plucked bird would grow new feathers given enough time.

It's been established on the show that Rev has normal, scaly bird legs.

Which makes me wonder why would Duck look ridicolous with bird legs? Someone said he's too tall so he wouldn't look good, but Rev is considerably taller, and doesn't look bad to me at all, quite the opposite. But that's no new...;3
