I saw last night at the cinema the third and supposedly last of the Spiderman movie trilogy.
*Spoilers ahead!*
Seriously, the writers of LU should take a few ideas from this movie:
1. Villains that you can sympathise with. Like Sandman who turned to crime because of his sick daughter. Or Venom because he lost his job the meant everything to him. Not just plain going crazy and being bad for the sake of it (like Dr. Zane with the Fuzz-Z. That was pathetic! What kind of revenge was that?)
2. A scene that was engraved in my mind was when Brock (aka Venom) goes to the church with all his hopes dashed and instead of pleading for help from God he asks for justice in form of revenge: he wants God to kill Peter Parker. And then, as if God answered his prayers, he becomes Venom - he has the ability to have his revenge, but at a price. LU needs some influental and powerful scenes like that about the darker side of human nature. If The Batman can have that (and it's a kid's show) why not this?

Hm, very true. But the 2nd idea is doubtful, since these writers have let us down many times before. >_<; But I really would like to see less comedy, if another season were to come.
On the subject of ideas from Spidy 3, I'm actually quite surprised LU hasn't pulled the old "one character going to the dark side" act. It may be cliche', but it tends to be a great idea for any show, even for kids. Mostly because of the reactions of the other characters. It gives a show or story more depth. Which I'm sure fans would like to see.
