Watching any anime?

I don't really mean the Americanized kiddy stuff, either.  But what, if anything, are you people watching?  I'm currently involved with Death Note, Naruto Shippuuden, and Bleach as my main titles.  On the side, I watch Blood+ and Witchblade, but they don't update too regularly.  This would all be downloaded and subtitled content, of course.

Yes, I have a very limited social life hmm

Ah, of course biggrin.gif (as my name suggests)

Currently though, the main ones I'm waiting for on updates are One Piece, Konjiki no Gash Bell, and Powerpuff Girls Z. And I watch Naruto on Toonami.

I`m not a big anime fan, but I am a fairweather fan of the art style (though it`s abundancy on sites like DeviantART these days is annoying). I`m more a fan of western art styles, like those of Disney and Dreamworks.

I haven't really watched much anime since middle school, back in Toonami's early years.  Tenchi Muyo! (the OVA and Universe continuities), Outlaw Star, Gundam Wing, DBZ, and Sailor Moon were the ones I watched regularly.

Ah, Outlaw Star.  I have fond memories of that show.  Got to love those moderately mainstream, secretly great series.

I'm not as big a fan of anime as I used to be, but right now I'm watching xxxHOLiC (though, as always, I prefer the manga), Witch Hunter Robin, and Elfen Lied.

Bah, nobody's watching the really interesting stuff. If you want your brain worked, watch Serial Experiments Lain or Paranoia Agent. If you want something well done as far as characters and their development goes, check out Gungrave.

Just some suggestions.

I just realised I watched Cardcaptors when I was five as well.

Square Enix studios, the same studio that produced Advent Children, just started airing their second project in Japan. It's an animated series called Zombie-Loan (don't ask). I'll probably check that out since it has the Square Enix name to it.

Same. I'd probably do anything to get my hands on stuff that Square Enix makes.

Zombie-Loan

There's a link to information about it, plus there's a link to the official Japanese site on there.  I'd bet anything this is based on one of their foreign games that just hasn't been brought overseas.

Oh, and there's a Devil May Cry anime series airing in Japan right now.  I've been watching that fansubbed.

Oh, I have a long list, hmm, I currrently watch Trinity Blood, Ouran High School Host Club, Fruits Basket, Naruto, Fullmetal Alchemist, Inuyasha, Love Hina, Ranma 1/2, Azumanga Daioh, Descendants of Darkness, and my friends have recently forced me to start watching Bleach. Some of these have already ended, I got into them late.

I usually draw in a manga-esque style, but since my discovery of LU (.....I've only really known about it for a couple of weeks >//////< don't hurt me!) I've reverted back to a more western style and have become reobsessed with cartoons of my earlier years. Though I still watch anime, a lot.

I'm currently watching Paprika. It's a movie, but still anime. :P Possibly the trippiest movie I've ever seen. Also pretty deep.

Nice!  I love that movie.  I downloaded a pre-release to see it first, then saw it in theaters on July 4th when I was visiting Georgia.  Got the soundtrack, too.  I was really impressed with it and am a fan of Satoshi Kon's work (director).  If you want to see animated movies with similar styles, watch Millenium Actress and also check out the TV series Paranoia Agent.  Both are directed by the same mastermind.

On VERY rare occasions, such as when I just so happen to find a cable TV while I was with my parents on vacation at the Dells, I watch a few episodes of InuYasha and Fullmetal Alchemist. The plot of Fullmetal was easy to grasp, but the supposedly infinite number of names in InuYasha confused me so much that I didn't know what the heck was going on.
