With a sound of Fudd.

Well it's been a long time since I've done a fan fiction but then it was thanks to watching "The Hunter" episode that inspired me to write this. I just wondered how Lexi knew so much about the Fudd bloodline and I just decided to write a story about the reason for her great knowledge of the Fudds. So without further  ado, "With a sound of Fudd".

Chapter 1

Run!

No! I can't leave you!

Run before he gets you too!

No! I won't leave you!

I got you now wabbits!

:BANG!:

Nooo!!!
___________________________________________________

"Lexi! Lexi! Wake up!"

Lexi's eyes flew open and threw herself in an upright positon. Beads of sweat trickled down her face as she panted frantically. She squeezed her blanket covers up to her chin as she burst into tears. She only realised someone was in the room when she felt someone's arms around her body. She heard some consoling cooing from the voice she immediately recognised. She knew it was Ace. She wrapped her arms around him as she quietly cried into his chest. She felt the warmth of comfort inside her as she continued listening to Ace's reassuring words.
____________________________________________________

"I'm really worried about Lexi." Ace pulled the chair back for him to sit on, while Tech was looking through some papers while sipping his steaming coffee.

"What do you mean by that?" The coyote put down his mug and gazed at the rabbit.

"She was talking in her sleep again."

"What was she saying?"

"Saying that she didn't want to leave someone. And then she cried". Ace looked down onto the table. "She sounded as though she was in real distress".

Tech took another sip from the mug of coffee and then put down the mug again and put down the papers.

"I'm sure she's just been having a bad dream." Tech reassured.

"But the thing is, that I had to comfort her for three days in a row." Ace glanced back.

Tech looked down on the table and then looked back up again.

"Have you talked to Lexi about it?" he asked.

"She won't say." Ace shook his head.

"Well maybe you should at least have a discussion over it at least one more time. Just for effort." Tech sipped his coffee for the last time and got up from the chair and went to the kitchen to clean his cup out.

Lexi appeared from her room and walked casually past Duck, Rev and Slam watching a programme on television.

"And now it's time for 'The Johnny Hare show!" The television announced.

"Oh boy! I love Johnny Hare!" Rev piped up in excitement. "Leave it on please!"

"You wanna watch a kids show?" Duck frowned as he snatched the remote out of Rev's hands.

"Hey! I had the remote first!" Rev whined as he snatched it back from Duck.

"It doesn't have your name written on it!"

"We watched your programme! You don't have to watch with us if don't wanna!"

The squabbling continued as the theme tune for the show started playing. As the music started playing, Lexi suddenly froze on the spot as the colourful characters started singing.

"Run rabbit! Run rabbit! Run run run!"

Lexi covered her ears with her hands and started screaming which everyone else apart from Rev and Duck arguing, were able to hear.

"Stop it! Stop singing that! Stop it!" she screamed as Ace, Tech and Slam rushed up to her.

"Here comes the hunter with a gun, gun, gun!"

The road runner and duck both gripped the remote as they had a tug of war over it. Both their thumbs accidently slip onto the volume button. They simultaniously press the button as the volume of the song grew up to it's maximum volume.

"BANG! BANG! BANG GOES THE HUNTER WITH HIS GUN!"

Lexi gave a piercing scream as hot tears rolled down her cheeks.

"SHUT UP! SHUT UP!" she continued screaming.

Her ears started to glow pink as the three concerned loonatics backed away from her.

"Duck! Rev! Look out!" Ace bellowed over the song.

Rev and Duck turned their heads to face the rest of the loonatics as they saw Lexi's ears glowing. Both birds jumped out of different sides letting go of the remote as Lexi's brain-blast zapped across the room and struck the television set. The television exploded as the pieces scattered around the room. Rev, Duck, and Slam watched the smoke erupting from the television in shock, as Tech and Ace comforted Lexi who is whimpering loudly.

END OF CHAPTER 1.

[I really like this fanfic so far; the Theme Song made me laugh really hard.  But then I realized that this was a sad moment, so I tried my best to stop laughing.]

[I can't wait for the next chapter.  Keep up the great writing.]

No! The song wasn't made up! I just thought that the song would play a big part in this, but I didn't know how to portray it. That was then I thought: "Why not play it in show on TV!? I'm sure they probably re-used some of the songs to show the shows".

Yeah, I thought really hard on how to get the fear out of her. Originally, I was going get Rev, Duck and Slam to watch a really violent, blood-shedding programme. But I'm glad I thought of a more twisted way to get Lexi freaked out over what happened in her past.

Please! No bricks!

I get bricked.

I commented on ff.net on this story. Its really good Akira! What I wondered was how Lexi knew so much about the Fudd family while Ace and Duck, whos family members were always hunted by this crazed family, didnt know who the hec he was. It just gets me wonderin'.

Luv the story Akira!smile

Chapter 2

Ace continued to hug Lexi while cooing at her some consoling words. Meanwhile, Tech, Slam and Rev inspected the remains of the exploded television.

"Do you think we can fix it Tech?" Rev asked as he peered over the coyote's shoulder.

Tech inspected a burnt component and turned to him.

"Don't worry. We'll get another one."

Duck over looked the others movements at the after math of Lexi's break down. He gazed at Slam, Tech and Rev collecting the scattered piece from the television, and Ace guiding Lexi to her room while he gently comforted her. He gave a deep sigh as he silently approached the lift to exit the scene without the others noticing his departure.
_____________________________________________________

The rain showered lightly upon the buzzing city as Lexi carried a bouquet of white lillies across the pavement. She then stopped in front of the cementry as she looked upon the sign telling her so. She gave a sigh as she entered the graveyard. She wandered around the grave stones searching for the correct names written upon them. It wasn't until a few minutes later that she finally stopped at the corroded grave stone covered in moss. But she could read the writing:

'Here lies Warren Bunny (Born - 2710, Died - 2755) and Valerie Bunny (Born - 2716, Died - 2755). Devoted and loving parents to a beautiful daughter.'

Lexi gazed at the words on the grave stone and placed the flowers on top of the grave. She then stepped back to gaze at the grave stone again.

"Hey mom, dad." Lexi mumbled. "Sorry I haven't been able to visit you lately. It's just I'm so busy with superhero stuff and all. Ever since I recieved some powers, I haven't been able to visit you as much. It's strange cos... you were the ones who always looked after me and protected me. But... now... I'm the one who's doing some form of protecting lives from danger. But, if you were alive today, would you have let me do this? Would you have let me risk my life just so others wouldn't get hurt?"

"I'm sure they'd be proud of what you've done."

Lexi quickly spun around to find Duck wearing a black mackintosh, holding a bouquet of peach roses in his hand.

"Duck? What you doing here?" Lexi asked as he aproached her.

"Same reason why you're here." Duck replied as he gazed down onto the grave she was standing in front of.

"You're related?"

Lexi nodded her head.

"Came to see mom and dad."

Duck stared down onto the grave again.

"That makes you an orphan too then."

Lexi stared at Duck.

"What do you mean orphan-... oh. Sorry."

"Things happen." Duck shrugged his shoulders. "Guess both our childhoods weren't that bright."

An awkward silence filled the air as they both looking down on the grave in their trance like states.

"So is that who the flowers are for?" Lexi started again.

Duck nodded.

"I want at least pay some of my respect to them. Although, that wasn't always the case."

Lexi glanced at Duck. And then she glanced back at the grave again.

"It was dark."

Duck turned his head sharply to Lexi.

"What?"

"It was dark. And I was asleep. Then I heard a voice telling me to wake up. It turned out to be my mom."

Duck continued to focus on Lexi and respectively remained silent as she began her story.

END OF CHAPTER 2.

Wow! I am really liking the way this story is being told and the elements you're incorporating into it! Your use of the old children's song "Run rabbit! Run rabbit!" is very appropriate here! A usually harmless song that provokes such terrible responses from Lexi. So it seems Lexi has a tragic past too! I know there're gonna be more tears in your coming chapters! Very thoughtful writing here Akira!

weirdface My writing's thoughtful? Thoughtful?

Scratches on top of my head.

I can't usually do naturalistic conversations. I'm more of a "Brecht" person when it comes to writing things. Oh well. aww I'll take that as a compliment.

Chapter 3

A young cream and peach girl rabbit lay asleep underneath her pink duvet cover on her bed. She snuggled up to her cream toy rabbit as her head sunk into her pink pillow. Suddenly she squinted and opened her eyes as she turned around on her bed to see her mother shaking her gently. The girl sat up slowly and rubbed her tired eyes.

"Mommy? What time is it?" the girl yawned.

"There isn't much time." her mother whispered frantically. "We have to leave now!"

"Why?" the girl asked again. "Where are we going?"

"There isn't much time Lexi! We need to go now!" a male voice whispered louder than the mother of the rabbit.

After a few minutes and all three rabbit anthros ran across the dark street. Their shadows were cast from the street lamps as they continued running. Lexi held her mother's hand while she carried her toy rabbit in her other arm.

"Why are we running?" Lexi whined. "What's going on?"

"Just keep running and don't let go of my hand!" her mother turned her head round to answer her question and then faced forward again. Lexi turned her head round to look behind her. She then locked onto a humanoid robot that was catching up towards them. She then turned back to her parents.

"Why is there someone chasing us?"

Her parents looked at each other. Lexi heard whispering between them but she couldn't make out the conversation they were having. The male rabbit then turned his head around and looked at Lexi with a sad face.

"Go with your mother Lexi! I love you."

He then peeled off from them and ran in a different direction into another road. The mother still clutched Lexi's hand and ran off in the opposite direction from the male rabbit. Lexi looked back and then turned to her mother.

"Why did Daddy leave us Mommy?" the girl's tears started to well up in her eyes.

Her mother was about to speak when a loud bang froze both of the rabbits from running. They both looked in silence at the direction the loud sound was made from another part of town.

"Mommy," Lexi whispered. "What was that?"

Her mother snapped out of her trance like state and gazed at Lexi. She then took hold of both sides of Lexi's shoulders with one hand on each shoulder and gazed at her daughter with a sad expression on her face.

"Lexi, I want you to be a very brave girl for me." her mother murmured with fear. "I want you to run to your aunt's and uncle's house as fast as you can away from here."

"But what are you going to do Mommy?" Lexi's tears started to roll down her face.

"I'm going to look for your father." she replied back.

"I don't want to leave you! I want to stay with you!" Lexi cried again hugging her mother.

But her mother gently pushed her daughter away from her.

"I have to go alone. You must run to your aunt and uncle's house as fast as you can." her mother urged her. "Just run. And what ever you do, you mustn't look for me or your father. You just run just as I told you."

She then kissed her daughter on her forehead.

"We love you Lexi. Don't forget that. Now run."

Lexi turned sharply and ran, still clinging onto her toy rabbit, while her mother ran the opposite direction. Lexi sprinted down the street, not looking back at the road she was running on. She then dived onto the ground when she heard another loud bang. She slowly picked herself up and her toy rabbit and looked back from the path she ran on. She froze on the spot for a few more seconds before turning around and running again towards the countryside, with tears dropping onto the ground from where Lexi ran from.
________________________________________________

A female rabbit wearing a flowery apron, was stirring something in a stew pot, while an older male rabbit sat on a red armchair watching the television in a golden lit room. Their peaceful atmosphere was interrupted when they heard some loud thumps at their door. As the female rabbit approached the door, she heard a muffled sentence screaming from the other side of the door.

"Let me in! Let in! Please!"

The rabbit opened the door and a girl rabbit fell into the suprised woman's arms. The male rabbit turned around to see the crying girl on his wife.

"Lexi?" The female rabbit wrapped her arms around her crying niece. "What's going on?"

"Mommy! And Daddy! They've gone!" she screamed. "A man was chasing us! And there was loud bangs! And... and..."

Lexi delved her face into her aunt's apron as her uncle wrapped his arms around the two rabbits.

This is intriguing...... I'd like to see what happens next.

Btw, is Duck going to tell his story of how he lost his parents? Or is it going to remain a mystery on who his parents are?

Chapter 4

"The next morning, they announced my parent's death. The funeral happened two weeks afterwards." Lexi finished. "The police discovered that Techno Fudd caused those deaths. But he disappeared."

Lexi hung her head low as Duck put on a grave face and turned to the grave stone. He read the words written on the stone and turned to the rabbit.

"Well, at least you knew you were loved by them." Duck murmured. "My mom died in a car crash. And my dad died after he drunk his troubles away."

Lexi turned her head to face Duck. Then she looked back down onto the ground.

"I'm sorry." she said.

Duck shook his head.

"It doesn't matter. We all need to move on to new goals in life. We can't wallow in the same puddle of sadness all the time."

Lexi clenched her fists and gritted her teeth.

"I want to kill him."

"What?" Duck looked in a confusion.

"I want to kill him! I want him to suffer what I have suffered all this time! I want him to know how it feels to have his life cut away in a split second!"

Lexi was about to subconsciously slam her fist into a ground on top of a yellow dandelion when Duck grabbed her arm.

"Death is a very deceptive business." Duck interrupted. "Most people think that the only way to get back at someone is to kill them. Are you sure you're ready to live with the guilt he's lived with for the rest of your life?"

Lexi let out a deep breath as she placed the arm at the side of her body. A buzzing sound was suddenly to be heard on both of their wrists.

"Zadavia's calling. We should get going." Duck began to walk away from the grave. Lexi stood up and faced him.

"Aren't you going to give those flowers to your parents?"

Duck looked down onto his hand. He forgotten the fact that he was still carrying them. He approached her and laid the bouquet across her arms.

"You decide." He said as he turned away from her again to approach the tower.

Lexi stood there with a confused expression on her face as she held the flowers across her arms. She looked down on them and then glanced back up to watch Duck exit the cementry.
_______________________________________________________

Ace, Slam, Rev and Tech waited patiently for the two remaining Loonatics to arrive into the meeting room. Ace looked down on his wrist and then looked around the room.

"Where have Lexi and Duck gone?" he muttered. "They should be here by now."

The door then opened to reveal Duck slowly walking towards his chair.

"Duck. Where have you been?" Ace asked as Duck took his seat.

"Just to visit someone I know." he replied in an emotionless tone as Rev stretched his neck towards him.

"Did anything happen? You look sad." the roadrunner piped up.

"Nothing happened." Duck lied casually as he folded his arms.

"And Lexi hasn't even arrived yet." Ace pointed out.

"I'm sure she'll arrive soon." Tech reassured them.

As if on cue, Lexi entered the room.

"Sorry I'm late." She said. "I just had to do an errand."

The hologram of Zadavia appeared after Lexi sat down on her chair.

"Greetings Loonatics." she greeted them.

"What's up Zadavia?" Ace asked.

"There is a building being held hostage by a criminal with a gun." she informed.

"How did one person manage to do that?" Tech inquired.

"Apparently, he managed to hack into the security system and lock the whole building. He also hacked into the security bots to make sure everyone remains in the building."

"What does he want?" Lexi asked.

"Police are unsure. All we have is a statement from the criminal saying "Hunting season has started"." Zadavia continued.

"Do you know who this guy is?" Ace asked.

"The police have confirmed that he is none other than Electro Fudd."

"Electro Fudd!?" Lexi exclaimed as she stood up from her seat.

"Then he must be after one of us." Duck finished.

"Either way, you must rescue the people from his clutches before anything happens. Zadavia out."

Zadavia's hologram disappeared as Lexi became anxious.

"We have to get them out of there!" Lexi proclaimed.

"It's okay Lexi." Ace reassured her. "We'll get them out no sweat."

He then turned to the rest of the members of the team.

"Okay Loonatics! Let's jet!"

Everyone nodded in agreement as they ran out of the meeting room, while Lexi faced the middle of the table where the hologram of Electro Fudd was displayed. She clenched her fists until her nails dug into the palms of her hand. She then heard a voice from behind her.

"Lexi! Come on! We got a mission to go to!"

She turned around to face Ace. She nodded her head as she ran out of the room.

It's a metaphor Kenny. Don't worry. It just means she's angry. Anyways, chapter 5 is now here!

The Loonatics finally arrived at the building that was surrounded by police cars. They landed at the entrance as the chief police officer approached them.

"Thank goodness you're here!" the officer panted for relief. "So many people are in there being held hostage by Electro Fudd! We have to get the citizens out of there before he causes some damage!"

"Don't worry." Ace said confidently. "We'll get those people out unharmed."

Ace turned around and used his laser vision to cut a hole in the steel door. The steel plate flopped to the ground as the Loonatics ran through the hole. They ran across the turquoise marble floor with scattered pieces of rubble on the floor. They saw a sandy brown and orange robotic android figure standing before them with his back turned to them.

"Hey! Fudd! If you wanna do some hunting, why don't you try hunting for something else apart from innocent towns folk!" Ace called to him as the android turned around to face them.

"Finally! You came!" The android said meloncholically as he aimed his gun towards Ace.

"Let the people go first!" Lexi demanded. "Then you can start hunting!"

Electro stood thought in hesitation and then nodded.

"Okay. Innocent towns folk awen't the ones I wanted to hunt anyway."

"Go through the exit over there!" Ace pointed as the people scrambled desparately towards the exit.

Once everyone was out, Fudd aimed his gun at the anthros.

"Now hunting season begins." he announced as he fired his gun.

The Loonatics dodged the laser and scattered to different places in the room. Ace rolled across the floor and whipped out his guardian strike sword.

"Guardian Strike Sword! Attack!" he shouted as he charged at the android.

The android turned to Ace and blocked the blow from Ace's sword.

"Hah!" Fudd laughed. "Your sword can't penetrate my steel body work!"

Everyone else tried to use their powers against Electro. But the energy just kept bouncing off the body work.

"It's not use!" Tech shouted. "The body work is impossible to get through!"

Lexi looked at Fudd with eyes of fear. She then frowned and charged towards the android. Ace turned around and noticed this.

"Lexi! What are you doing!? Stop!" Ace screamed.

Lexi ignored Ace's commands and continued running towards Fudd. Fudd spun around to see the rabbit run towards him and took aim. But she jumped into the air and clamped her knees around Fudd's head while she knelt on his shoulders. She grabbed the arm with the gun in his hand and leant forward to make Fudd roll over onto the floor. His head smacked onto the floor as he laid down dazed and unable to get up. Lexi grabbed the gun and aimed it at his head which turned out to be a bald human head from underneath the armour.

"You and your generation have hunted us down since the dawn of time. You and your generation have claimed so many victims. But the hunt ends here now Fudd. You, the hunter is now gonna be hunted by the victim of a shooting your bloodline has caused!" Lexi spoke through her gritted teeth.

"Lexi! What are you doing!? This isn't like you!" Rev slowly spoke.

"That's because I hate him!" She snapped. "I hate him because he made my life a misery! He traumatised me for the rest of my life!"

She aimed the gun at his head again.

"But now... he has to pay!"

Fudd put an arm in from of his face. Her finger flinched on the trigger. But visions and voices from the past played through her head. The crying, the screams, the bangs, the blood. Emotions of sadness and fear ran through her boddy. Her hand was shaking. She wanted to pull the trigger. But then a lonely voice spoke in her head.

"Death is a very deceptive business.
Are you sure you're ready to live with the guilt he's lived with for the rest of your life?"

Lexi stopped. Her arm dropped down and the gun slipped out of her hand and clanged onto the floor. She fell to her knees and slapped her hands in front of her face.

"I can't do it." she cried as hot tears trickled down her cheeks. "I can't do it."

Duck walked up to her and bent down to her level as she cried into his chest. He wrapped his arms around her and rubbed her back. Electro Fudd just froze on the ground with an expression of shock across his face. He snapped out of his trance once he felt a pair of handcuffs around his wrists, behind his back by Ace.

As he was taken towards the exit, Fudd turned his head back to see the girl rabbit continue to cry quietly on Duck.

END OF CHAPTER 5.

Where is everyone getting these avatars? evileyeWould I be correct in saying that KJ has updated her icons? They're great!

Anyways, back to the story, I think its working out real good Akira. Nice Duxi stuff in there. So..... is this the final chapter or are there more to come? Geez...the suspense is killing me. Waiting for good things have never been one of my strengths.biggrin

I love the theory of how Lexi knew so much about the Fudds. Sort of an insane obsession for her.
And at first I thought that this story would take a Texi turn from the 1st chapter, but the Duxi seems to clearly be growing. Yay!

[Nice chapter!  Lexi made the right choice in not being a murderer; that wouldn't make her any better than Fudd.]

[If anyone wants Duxi Cookies, I can make some and pass them around.  Vanilla frosting for all!]

[...Or maybe chocolate.]

[I made Acev Cookies, Tev Cookies, Duev Cookies (Don't ask), and Duxi Cookies.  Some have chocolate frosting, others have vanilla frosting.  Anyone want some while Akira_Cat writes the fanfic?]

[Black Oracle:  You don't like Duxi?  No cookies for you!]

[...Okay, maybe a few.]

[It's not that hard to mold the cookies, you know.  You just need a few years of practice in baking (Which I have done for most of my life) to pull it off.]

[You can use your fingers, or carefully use a knife to cut the dough precisely.]

[It's really fun.]

Sorry I haven't had time to finish off this fan fic. Exams, Jamming and an anime con kept me busy. But finally! The last chapter!

Chapter 6

Lexi lied on her hammock as it gently swung to and fro. Her hands cushioned behind her head as she stared up at the ceiling. She wandered in thoughts that provoked questions of her actions with Electro Fudd. Should she have killed him? Would she have been able to cope with guilt? Would he be more of a threat should he escape again? Would he have shot her or one of the others? Would she have felt just as low as Fudd if she had killed him? A tear rolled down her cheek once more until the door creaked open. She sat up to see who it was.

Ace peered around the door and then stepped into the room. Lexi wiped away the tear from the cheek as he approached her.

"You okay now Lexi?" he asked as he sat next to her on the hammock.

Lexi nodded her head.

"I'm fine Ace."

"So what got into you Lexi?" Ace asked again. "You'd never charge at the villain unless I told you guys to do so. What's different about this time?"

Lexi turned her head away from his.

"Something told me to." She mumbled.

"But why did you hate him? What did he do to you that made you act this way?"

Lexi hesitated on the question.

"Lexi, say something." Ace inquired. "You'd never disobey me unless there was a very good reason to. What went on between you and him?"

Lexi finally turned to Ace. She then got up and went to her dresser. She crouched down to pick up a dusty brown shoe box. She opened a box and took out a faded cream cuddly toy rabbit and carried it back to the hammock as she sat down with it in her hands. She looked down on it and sighed.

"The Fudd bloodline has been continuing on for hundreds of years. As well as them, me, you and everyone else's bloodline continued throughout those years too. Which meant that the torture continued too. While the Fudd's hunted, they tried to escape, as well as us."

She then turned to Ace.

"Death is a deceptive business." Lexi started. "The reason I didn't shoot him was because... I wasn't ready to face the guilt of murdering someone. No-one is. Yet, he and the others were heartless enough to go out and hunt for innocent victims. I was angry and upset. That was why I din't shoot."

Lexi put the toy rabbit on the hammock as she left her room, leaving Ace to comprehend on what she said. He then picked up the toy rabbit and looked at it. He gave a deep sigh.

"Poor girl."

He put the rabbit back down on the hammock and walked out of Lexi's room. He paused at the door and looked back at the toy rabbit, with it's stiched black smile smilng back at him. He gave another sigh and shut the door behind him.

Ace walked down the hallway past Duck who was leaning against the wall next to Lexi's bedroom door.

"I hope you understood what she was saying." Duck said as he pushed himself from the wall.

Ace turned and stared at him.

"Were you listening at the door Duck?" Ace asked apprehensively.

"No." Duck shook his head. "But I hope you understood the meaning of all that she said".

"Yeah. I think I do." Ace said as he continued to walk towards the kitchen.

Duck looked down onto the ground and then looked up again.

"Ace. You're lucky." he murmured under his breath without anyone else hearing as he turned around and approached his room. He entered the room and then shut his door without anyone else noticing his prescence disappeared into his room.

THE END.

Well, they all seem to have been deeply affected by the encounter with Fudd. Lexi, Duck and Ace are left deep in thought and in sombre moods. I think you're getting quite a sense for bittersweet endings now Akira. And i think i'm detecting a bit of a Duckie in you too with that Duck leaning on the wall bit! Tee hee! Nice piece here Akira.

And hope your exams have gone okay btw.

aww Thanks for the reassurance. I'm just hoping I get good grades for the ones I want (performance studies, music tech...).

And bittersweet ending? Sombre moods? Umm... (O_O)<( ? ) Thanks I guess.

But yes. Lately, after I've been watching Donald Duck in "The Three Caborellos", and watching Duck in the music video "Lexi's Cinderella Story", I've been liking teh Duck. So that makes me a Devam (Rev/Duck/Slam fan).

Luv the ending Akira, (Duck listening in on their confo.) Typical Duck move.

Anyway, so I'm guessing that when Duck said that last line, "Ace. Your lucky.", that Ace was the only one out of those three who didn't have any trouble with the Fudds. Or maybe he did but they never actually killed any of his family members. Or maybe its because he didn't have to worry about the Fudds until recently.

All in all, this was a great ending to an interesting story.smile
