Hehe. Well, here in North America, you're a legal adult when you turn 18, if that's what you mean by being "legally old." xD And 20 is like... I don't know. That's when most people seem to think you /really/ step into adulthood. Although personally I don't think you're a full-fledged adult till you're 30. But that's just me. ;P I honestly don't know why I want to be 20... but I do. xD
