Note: Please bear with me as I introduce the characters of this story. It will make sense if I do. Or…maybe it’ll just be…more confusing…
Wait…that’s not supposed to…it…wh…
…don’t say a word.
Once upon a time, there was a superhero.
His name was Rev Runner. He was a roadrunner, with supernatural speed due to a certain meteor.
There was also a fangirl.
Her name was Jessica. She had various Nightmare Before Christmas items, including two baseball caps and a pair of gloves.
There was also a resident of Acmetropolis.
Her name was Bia Jetstream. She was a girl Rev had saved one day.
Now, on with the story.
One day, Jessica the fangirl decided to visit her imagination. She was greeted by a memory, yelling at her to write a fanfiction that she owed. She slapped it away and started on another fanfiction (which, incidentally, was still owed). Then she had a very good idea.
The idea was to write the fanfiction she had owed (the one the memory was yelling at her about) in a way that she could easily write.
Then her conscience personified popped in and made her type that her idea was a very good one. Jessica didn’t think so, but Bugs (for that was the conscience’s name) made her type it anyway.
Then Jessica decided to visit Acmetropolis. After breaking through a window and knocking down Danger Duck, she went to look for Rev Runner. But before she did, she got the idea to kidnap Bia Jetstream.
This, of course, was not a very good idea.
So she sat down and drew Wilt the Imaginary Friend instead.
Meanwhile, Rev was trying to sort out his own dilemma. While trying to sort out his own dilemma, he tripped over Jessica, who was sitting in the middle of a hallway, scribbling down notes on stories and drawing Melvin the Martian, Wilt the Imaginary Friend, and Jack Skellington on the same paper.
After being tripped on, Jessica got another very good idea.
Of course, she didn’t think so, but Bugs-the-conscience made her type that anyway.
Jessica immediately jumped up, and nearly knocking down Rev in the process. She then dragged Rev out of the Loonatics’ HQ, out into the streets, and into the nearest ice cream shop, where Bia Jetstream just happened to be.
This both pleased and scared Rev.
He was pleased because he had been hoping for a date with Bia for a long time.
He was scared because he had absolutely no idea what to do.
Jessica promptly left the two alone and started drawing Jack Skellington with a ballpoint pen on a purple sheet of paper.
Rev looked nervous.
Bia wore a similar expression.
BUT!
(…ooh. All capital letters.)
Jessica had somehow slipped ice creams in their hands. So they had ice cream to talk over!
Bugs-the-conscience congratulated Jessica on thinking of such an idea, resulting in him recieving somewhat of a cross between a hug and a glomp.
Meanwhile, Rev plucked up the courage to ask Bia out on a proper date.
Bia agreed, and left the ice cream shop feeling very happy.
Rev celebrated by buying another ice cream and shoving it in Jessica’s face as punishment for setting him up.
It was, however, a very nice punishment.
In the end, everything worked out fine!
Except that Jessica had to get ice cream off her face…
In any case, the ice cream was the only one who didn’t come out okay.
Besides, they got eaten.
And Rev and Bia were happy!
The end.
