Okay, I think there needs to be general Looney Tunes discussion for great justice. So here we are!
I'm assuming all of you know of them of course, since you're, well, here. So okay!
I've loved these guys since I was at least 3. I almost don't know what life would be like without them. Wile E. was always my favourite, followed closely by Daffy. (Duck Amuck = brilliance.) Ironically, the Roadrunner was always a least favourite of mine (probably because I liked Wile E. so much), which makes it strange that Rev is my favourite of the Loonatics. Oh well.
Anyway, discuss these guys in all their greatness.
I honestly didn't like them too much. Bugs and Daffy's humor isn't to my taste. If I want screwball comedy, I go for Woody Woodpecker. But for cartoon shorts, I like silent slap-stick, which is why Tom and Jerry is one of my all time favorite cartoons. So basically, the only cast in Looney Tunes I'd care for are Wile E. and Roadrunner. Meep!
I think the hate-roadrunner-like-Rev is very common in the LU fandom. Though I never hated the roadrunner, I do find it funny that other people had so and then took a liking to Rev. Of course, its difficult not to like him, he is too adorable!
I always loved Wile E. Coyote, Pepe Le Pew followed close behind, but in all honesty, they were such wonderful characters that I loved all the Looney Tunes a whole lot. I still do.
I really wish they'd make more shorts, I really miss them.
I guess I'm not the only one who likes them Wile Coyote and Roadrunner cartoons. I always liked how they come up with different plans to catch the Roadrunner every episode.
I also like Sylvester but not Tweety Pie. I guess I never liked the Tweety side of the family.
FogHorn LegHorn I think was my least favourite. I don't know why, I just don't like him too much.
Wile E. has always been my favourite (makes sense, since I like Tech, too!) My sis has always liked Roadrunner (also makes sense, she likes Rev! Am I the only one seeing a pattern here?) Foghorn Leghorn is my mom's favourite. She has a couple of his lines on her computer. (Example: "OK, I'll shut up. I'm not the one who has to keep talking, some fellas just gotta keep their mouths flappin', but not me! I was brought up right. My pa used to tell me 'Shut up' and I'd shut up. Didn't say nothing. One time darn near starved to death. Wouldn't tell 'em I was hungry!" *falls over killing self laughing but is drowned in bricks by Akira Cat*)
