BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! The alarm clock rang as all of the Loonatics got up and prepared for work. Being a part of the Metro Acmetropolis Police Force was a tough job. Fortunatly for them, they were perfectly fit for the job. They each got into their MAPF uniforms and started their day. Everyone got a quick breakfast before heading over to the Police HQ.
There, they each signed their names on the attendance paper and started their day by hanging around the station. Suddenly, the intercom came on.
"Would Ace Bunny, Lexi Bunny, Danger Duck, Tech E. Coyote, Slam Tasmainian and Rev Runner please report to the inspectors office?" The announcer lady said.
"I wonder what's up?" Lexi said.
"Heh, another promotion?" Danger laughed.
"Well, we better see what the inspecter wants with us..." Ace said, not having a good feeling.
They all arrived in the inspector's office and shut the door behind them.
"Good morning, all of you. I know you're all probably wondering why you're here," the inspector said.
"As a matter of fact, we are. Is there a problem?" Rev asked.
"It depends on how you look at it. Your records are... possibly too excellent," he said.
"That's good, right?" Tech asked.
"Well... no. You're all being relocated to Southern Acmetropolis," he said.
"I can't believe they're actually doing this to us!" Ace yelled, pacing their regular HQ.
"I know! It's a freaking outrage!" Tech added.
"Calm down, guys. Maybe it won't be so bad," Lexi commented.
"Yeah, I mean, at least we get to stay in the best part of Acmetropolis," Rev said.
"Pfft. I don't like this ONE bit. It's the country! Nobody likes the country if they're used to living in the city!" Danger said.
Slam groumbled, shaking his head in dissapproval of the situation.
"Either way, we should pack our stuff. We're leaving tomorrow," Ace said as he went to his room and threw off his uniform.
"Man... This totally sucks..." Tech commented, going to his room as well.
Rev, Lexi, Slam and Danger did the same. They all packed their clothes and went to bed for a good-nights sleep.
The next morning...
Their final breakfast in their HQ wasn't exactly an enjoyable one. Nobody was talking. They were all focused on what it was going to be like in Southern Acmetropolis. Ace decided to speak up.
"Eh, come on, guys... The least you all could do is crack a smile..." Ace said, trying to make the morning a little bit worth living.
"You're not helping..." Danger said, sipping his coffee.
Ace looked down and sighed.
"Well, when everyone's finished, we should all get into our uniforms and be ready to leave." Ace said, already doing so.
Once they finished, they all got ready and hopped aboard their personal, customized patrol car made by Tech.
