Faces of the Past:

Tech runs into a couple of friends that he hasn't seen in 5 years, but this reunion brings back memories that Tech and his friends would rather not talk about. Meanwhile, a homicidal madman is on the loose and Tech finds that the victims seem strangley familiar to him. The Loonatics soon uncover a revengful plot and a painful past and it is then a literal race against the clock to stop the maniac and save the city.

It's been 20 years since the meteor struck Acmetropolis and the team known as the Loonatics came together. It's now time for the Loonatics to step down and let their children to step up as the knew protectors of Acmetropolis as the New Loonatics. There's only one problem with this new team, they hate each other's guts. With tensions at a maximum high, it seems like the future is looking grim for the New Loonatics. But when an accident sends the team, along with some dangerous villains, into the past, they must learn to set their differences aside and work together, or they will be stuck in the past forever.
