Chapter 1: That night

 Rev watched in aw as Jewel swayed her hips to the music. The Loonatics were at a party held in their honor at the Acmetropolis park.
Everyone was dancing the night away except him,it was the first time he actually stood still longer then five minutes. Suddenly Jewel dissapeard from the crowd. Hey boy, watcha doin? Rev turned around to find Jewel standing beside him.
"Oh,-nothing." he replied
"Nothing? Since when do you do nothing?" Jewel questioned.
"I'm-just-tired-I-guess", Rev answered.
"The speed demon of Acmetropolis tired? I never thought i'd see the day." she teased.
Rev smiled at this.
"Okay,-i'll-dance." He said.
Soon Rev was moving to the music,feeling like himself again. Then the music stopped and the DJs' voice come on the microphone.
"Alright now I want you all to grab your sweethearts and get together for a little slow dance." He announced.
All of a sudden Rev did'nt feel like dancing anymore. He was just about to go back to the sidelines when he felt his hands touch something warm. Rev blushed slightly when he relized that he had unknowingly placed his hands on Jewels' hips. Much to his surprise She did'nt pull away. Instead Jewel wrapped her arms around his neck. They moved around the dance floor in perfect harmony. Rev and Jewel were just about to kiss when Jewel darted towards Hq leaving Rev to wonder what he had done wrong. He ran after her.

End of chapter one. What will happen when Rev arrives at Hq? Lets find out.

Chapter 2: Confessions are made

 Rev arrives to find Jewel sitting on the couch crying.
"Whats-wrong-Jewel?" he asked.
Rev sits next to her and puts his arm around her to comfort her.
"Oh,Rev! I'm just too afraid to do this!" She exclaimed.
"To-do-what? Rev questioned.
"This" she answered.
And with that she pulled him into a kiss. Rev stood up with Jewel still kissing him. He put his hands on her hips and she wrapped her arms around his neck deepening their lip lock. When they were done they sat back on the couch.
"Jewel?-What-was-that-all-about?" Rev asked.
"Rev, I-I love you." Jewel confessed softly.
"Jewel,I love you too." He said slower than usual.
Jewel leaned against him and he leaned against her.
"I have something else to tell you."  Jewel  added.
"What-is-it?" he said.
"Back at Millania you did'nt have to save me. I could have saved myself by stoping that water-fall,but I wanted to be in your arms."she answered.
They fell asleep together after those last words.

How romantic!!!!! KISSY KISSY!!! Sorry just had to do that.biggrin

Okay, this is my first fight scene. I hope it turns out well.aww
Chapter 3: Arachno


Ace and the others returned home later that night.

Lexi:Aw,look!(points at Rev and Jewel)
Ace:Looks like these two had fun while we were gone.wink
Lexi: We should'nt wake them. They look so cute together!aww
Tech: Well,i'll turn in for the night.
Ace:Where? Your lab, or your room?

The 'tics were sleeping soundly in there beds when Zadavia called.
They sleepily changed into their uniform,and went to the breifing room.

Zadavia: Gather round Loonatics.

Jewel sat next to Rev and held his under the table.

Someone calling himself "Arachno" is leading an army of giant spiders which are terrorizing the city. He must be stopped. Zadavia,out.
Ace:Okay,you heard her! Lets jet!

In the streets of Acmetropolis a man with three extra pairs of arms is running, dog-size arachnids were following him grabbing innocent by-standers and wrapping them up as though they were delicious insects. All eight Loonatics appeard at the seen.

Ace: You and your buddys better beat it before we clear the cob-webs out of your heads.
Lexi: This is no time to be cracking jokes, Ace.

Ace jumps in the air and fires his laser vision at Arachno. He dodges it easily. Spiders of all kinds sorounded Joy and sprang at her. She unleashes a burst of heat charring the arachnids.

Lexi: Ew! This is so gross!

Jewel levatated some rocks in an atempt to use them as projectiles. Another spider srang up and bit into her jet pack. Jewel fell losing control of her powers. Rocks fell down with her, one hit her head causing her to go unconcious. Rev saw this and caught her slightly smaller form. When he landed he looked at Jewels head. It  was dripping blood. Rev set Jewel down out of harms way and gritted his teeth in furyfurious. He charged at Arachno at full speed, his fist held out in front of himfurious. This attack took him by surprise,he fell unconcious as well. Everyone gasped at what they saw. Every spider went limp and shrank back to normal.Arachno had been controling them! Revs' sudden burst of rage also shocked them. Ace allowed him to carry Jewel back to Hq,while they dropped the villian off at the slammer. Tech went with Rev to assist him in giving Jewel the medical care she needed.

So what do you think? I'd like to know.smile

The first two chapters were so sweet! *giggles* Rev has a girlfreind!!!

The last chapter: *GASPS* NO! JEWEL, DON'T DO TO REV WHAT TECH DID TO CASSIDY IN MY STORY!!!

Chapter 4: Why is it so? The song was written by me.



 At Hq. Rev is carring Jewel into med-bay.He lays her down in the same bed he had been in two weeks ago. Jewel moans in pain. Tech and Rev begin to clean her wound and bandage her head. She begins to stir.Tech leaves the room

Jewel:Oh man,what a knock out.yawn

Rev  smile down at her.She smiled back at him and tussled his head feathers.He liked it.They both felt very warm inside.

Why is it so?
Why do I feel this burning passion?

She Winced in pain. He kissed her cheek.

Baby you hold all the answers!
So tell me this.

Despite the throbbing pain in her head,Jewel stood up and they beak locked.

Why is it so?
Why
Why is it so?

Rev kissed her back.

Why do you make me burn inside?
Why is it so?

Both drew their lips apart and gazed into each-others eyes.Her saphire eyes had never looked brighter to him,and his emarald eyes never appeared so captivating.

Baby you say maybe it's because
I love you.
Yes, thats true.

Rev and Jewel hoped
this moment would never end.

But I still ask you why is that so?
Why is it so?

The kissed one more time. Duck walks by.

Duck:(Thinking)Ew! Disgusting,bleh and where is that creepy music coming from?

He shakes his head trying to forget the disturbing image he had just seen.

Chapter 5:More love

Tech walks into the room,Rev and Jewel are still making-out.He clears his throat.

Tech:Um...I hope i'm not interrupting anything.

Rev and Jewel turn around and blush, slightly embaressed that someone had caught them lip-locking.

Tech:evileyeSo Jewel, i'm guessing since your up you don't have to stay here then?

She nods.Back in Jewels' room.

Jewel is lieing on her stomach in bed wearing a blue night-gown reading a book. She feels a presence behind her. She turns to find Rev gently massaging her back.He leans down and whispers sweet nothings into her ear.Jewel sighs happily and scoots over to make room for him.Rev lays down next to her and wraps his arms around her waist.She burys her face into his feathery chest. The warmth radiated from each-others' bodys.They cuddled each-other until they fell asleep.

The end. My next story is called The big question.
