That'd be insane... Almost insanely impossible... As there are so many different breeds of ducks all over the world... It's kinda like saying, "What if cats became extinct"?

Tasmanian devils however, are only located IN Tasmania, and are endangered now because of this horrible disease. ;__; *lectures*

Ummm... Unless you're avian and you have a beak/bill which may lose blood and make it paler, there really isn't a way to tell if a furry has lost it's colour. O_o
