Thank you, Emily. I'll give you a proper and more hyper thank you later... but I'm crying over my budgie's death right now so it's a little hard at the moment. Oddity: Oh, c'mon. Whore is such a common "swear" word, it's hardly a swear word at all. There's people 'round here with the "F" word in their avatars, so what's wrong with whore being in a person's siggy? -shrug- =]

Dragon Wing: Yeah... personally I blame the pet shop I got her from. My hamster Toby died last year because she was pregnant after I'd only had her for a month or two. I got her from that same pet shop. -growls- I hate Petland... not enough brains to differentiate between genders so they keep thirty thousand of the same species in tiny aquariums with no lids.

Kids just reach in their and bat them around. By the time you get them, they're traumatized... I e-mailed them to complain about my hamster and they said they wanted to know how they could make things up to me. I told them I wanted them to replace my hamster. They didn't. I boycott them and warn everyone I know against them. >>;

I'm glad at least that I rescued Rei and Nova from that horrible pet shop, but I still wish Rei would have given me some signs of what was ailing her. Maybe I could have saved her. We were sitting down to watch a movie when one of my cousins' announced, "One of the small birds is dead!" Rei was belly up on the cage floor, stiff. No blood, no nothing. Nova lingering mournfully over her. And that was that...

This year has been horrible like that… Two long-term pets died in my home, one after the other. ;__;

In relation to the other topic at hand… We’ve been saying ‘whore’ around here for aaaages… Even when the other mods were about… “I’m such an Ace-whore”, “We’re all fan-whores”, “You’re such a Duck-whore”… It’s all been said… And we’re not using it in an insulting sense… It’s all in fun.

I have no idea either, but that's the thing that bothers me most. She didn't die of old age. So what then? I found a vet for my hamster and I could have found an avian vet also. If she did have anything, I hope it's not contagious. I do not want to wake up to find Nova and the ****atiels dead one of these mornings. x x;
