Welll...do you think Dace will eventually cause the destruction of this fandom?


I'm completely serious in saying this. I was a part of a very expansive Nightmare Before Christmas/Corpse Bride fan group, and a controversial crack pairing that emerged (Jack/Victor O_o) pretty much divided the fandom right down the middle. Those who supported it shipped it very hard and were defensive, while those who condemned it made all sorts of hate art and basically flamed the other side. Things got really nasty, really fast.

So I ask again: do you think Dace will do the same thing to OUR fandom? It sems unlikely, because we're mostly just being silly in supporting it, whereas the Jack/Victor shippers were dead serious (pardon the pun).

I wouldn't think so, because either everyone loves the pairing, or they just don't mind it. I very much doubt this fandom's gonna fall apart just because of some petty controversy.

Me, I like Dace because it's one of the many things that makes me look insane.
And I really need to keep up that appearance. xD

...Anyway, I don't think it's gonna wind up as a controversy. Almost all of us Dace shippers agree to the fact that IT'S NEVER EVER GONNA HAPPEN. 8D
