I absolutely adore "The Evolution Process". That's the story that pretty much confirmed my Tech/Rev-ness. And just as a note, Ippiki Ookami No Kage changed her screen name simply to Usami.

"The Fragile", however, I do not care for. It is a highly presumptuous and dry work driven almost completely by everyone being unhappy all the time. Also the author's a bitch.

And on a side note, this is my favorite Tech and Rev image ever.

For the sake of there being an actual conversation in here, I will answer a question ZS asked earlier. Where are moar Tech/Rev fan fics?

We got The Evolution Process down, as well as The Fragile I guess.

Here are some more I've come across. Although it's pretty hard to come across a Tech/Rev fic that isn't slashy, but they exist.

Blame it on the Seed Cookies by Renaissance Wolf. Absolutely fecking adorable. I guess it's sort of BORDERLINE slashy but I don't care. This short little oneshot makes me light up with glee.

Restless by Ice-Song Now, OK, this is slash. But its actually realistic as well, if that makes any sense. Nothing's out of character (a common problem with a lot of these slash fics) and overall its a pretty cute little oneshot if you're into that sort of thing. <---- I just read this one again and it's actually really, really good. In that I could see myself liking it even if I DIDN'T like Tev. Definte recommend here.

Mixed Species by Expendable. This one's a bit... odder. It's also slash and it kinda goes along the same lines as the last one except it's more outright in its approach. There's a little bit of out-of-character-ness going off, but not enough to make my brain explode. It's kind of cute, but kind of over the top.

Extant by Jerico Cacaw I've just realized all of these have been oneshots. Oh well. This one I really like. It's not slashy, not even borderline, and best of all it goes over a detail I HATED from that infamous scene where everyone thinks Ace is dead (and Rev goes ignored). There's a bit of out of character-ness here, but I think it's good OOC. It works, somehow. And it's pretty damn cute. <---- Read this one again as well and my Revviness just went up even MORE after that. Damn it, strong recommend for this one too.

Heartaches by Marih Dimitri I am not sure why I'm posting this. It was the first fan fic ever submitted to the LU section of fanfiction.net The author not only had never seen the show when writing this but also didn't LIKE it. And yet she somehow found it in herself to write an insanely over-the-top slash fic about Tech and Rev. Mostly this just confuses me. Pretty much everyone's out of character here (as is to be expected, since this author's never seen the show) and it's emo to the point of invoking laughter. Yeah.

There's also one other clean one I know of involving Tech and Rev in gym class but I'm not the hugest fan of that one.

Oh and I also started a fic called Tech and Rev's night out somewhere around here. Too lazy to find it now.

October counts too, I guess...

I think I wrote a slash. But it's on the naughty section. It's called "A Nice Looking Bird". Basically, Pierre Le Pew has a gender changing machine and just as Tech was about to be blasted, Rev takes his blow and becomes a girl. And I think you guys know where it goes from there... devilish.gif

It's also a multi-chapter - only the second non-explicit Tech and Rev multichapter I've heard of (unless you count The Fragile).

H'm... it's kinda a tie between two, I s'pose... unless I'm forgetting one, since I haven't watched LU in awhile. But the two that I absolutely love are first of all, in "Loonatics On Ice" when Tech shoves a frozen piece of pizza in Rev's mouth (it brings me happiness... the kind of happiness you get when your favorite character is being "tortured"... XD) annnnd also in "Sypher" when Tech is testing Rev's speed. It's beautiful. Oh! I actually just remembered another I loved... in... what was it called? "Apocalypto" or something? I loved the moment where Tech and Rev are fighting over who's in charge. It's like their only screentime in that episode which made me sad, but I still liked the moment. =3

What about you? What's your favorite moment(s)? ^ ^;

Rye: Rev in the episode Cypher in general is kinda gorgeous to me. But yes, Tech testing Rev on the treadmill was sweet. Especially when he doubled the speed to be nice. :`)

And I feel the exact same way about Apocalyptico. The rest of the episode really meant nothing to me (same with the majority of Season 2). It was all about those two, and they must have been on screen for a whole of one minute. V_V

I have two favorite moments:

1.) When Tech wipes the sweat of Rev's forehead in The Family Business. :`)

2.) This one quote in what I THINK was Planet Blanc or the Fall of Blanc or something with the word "Blanc" in it.

'Tech: That can't be! Their flight plan is totally encrypted! And no one knows the encryption except for me.
Rev: Well here's a theory and its just a theory even though I think its a pretty sound theory that maybe there's someone out there that broke the encryption and maybe that someone is not only one step ahead of you but smarter than you!
Tech: Smarter than me? That'd be impossible! Like dividing by zero!

...

Tech: Our transmission is jammed, which means that our shield is also down!
Rev: Oh really? Maybe its being done by that same person who's not smarter than you.'

This was a fantastic moment for me both as a Tevver AND a Revvie. Complete pwnage.

Yes, of course. Anything relative to Tech and Rev is welcomed. That's what this board was intended for. I just don't want to see so much off-topic randomosity anymore. We're trying to introduce the concept of conversation back, most importantly, as there's been complaints of a lack thereof. But yeah, feel free to discuss and share anything Tech and Rev related. =3
