My dad's family came from England, I know that much.

Don't worry, I'm not too offended.

It's just that when people refer to someone as a Slav, it is usually with malicious intent. Slavs have this negative image in media: they are bad guys in movies, they live in poverty, they are hardass Communists that try to take over the world, their women are cheap etc. Many also try to misspell into 'Slaves' which I consider to be a pathetic way of degrading an ethnic group. Don't get me wrong, I'm very proud of my heritage (I'm a Serb) and ethnicity but I had some unpleasant experiences. I grew up in a foreign country, where people would call my country 'Servia' and sleazy guys would try to flirt with me once they hear where I'm from.

I checked myself under 'Slavic'. I'm curious too.

Ok, good. I was scared I had flared some ethnic conflict up.

Although I've never really been racially discriminated, I think I can still relate. As an open bi-sexual, you can imagine the things people have said to me over the years.

At the very least, 87.5% Chinese. My mom said that someone had told her her grandma was Japanese, but seeing as she had never known her grandma...

I might be 12.5% Japanese, but no one can prove it (and no one cares anyway). :P

The blood flowing in my veins is 90% Greek and 10% Albanian...
In an analysis i'm actually around 70% Cretan a 10% from Kalimnos and a 10% from Athens... But well, i guess i'm other... Why did i write about the different places anyway confused

I guess because Crete wasn't in Greece until recently...

What about Mayans? I know that they are considered more of an Ethnicity rather than a Race, but it would be interesting to see if anyone has a bit of Mayan ancestry in their blood. I ask because one of my sisters possibly has Mayan blood, but she is Caucasian. Weird, no?

I'm not really sure WHAT I am actually....that's sad but my family's secretive for some reason. I know my great grandfather had blond hair and blue eyes even though he was dark skined, so I think there some sort of mix somewhere......I should Ask my family to do what Xtream's family did and get some extensive research done!

All I know is that from my dad's side I may be 1/4 (I dono the percentage) Native American, and I just asked my mom about the whole blue eyes blond hair thing...guess what...she says there's actually a little Irish in there too, haha, what do ya know!
