What Do You Do When You're Sad?

I sleep and cry. But if I'm angry, I can get a little agressive whenever I get reminded of them and like every other enemy, hate them forever and annoy them.

Okay, maybe not forever. But just for a while. ^^; I also drink a lot of water and I watch T.V. oh and before I forget, I also keep talking to my friends about whatever just to take my head out of it.

I draw emo pictures, shut everyone out, refuse to talk for hours on end, avoid all possible contact with every sentient being within my vicinity and completely close myself down until I can find somewhere to lock myself up in and cry.

That's the most extreme scenario. Usually if it's just a little bit of sadness, I get grumpy. Which is weird. Or I just eat. Om nom nom.

I have a bed that reaches up to two feet from the ceiling of my bedroom so when I'm upset I just turn out all the light, crawl into my little den, bring out my laptop, and work on some fanfics. Usually when I work on my books and fics my mind wonders into that world and I forget about everything else. It feels really good, actually.^_^

Unfortunatly my dad knows this. Hel'll storm into my room and be all like..."Hey, why don't you come out of you're freaking bat cave and not be such a hermit...." furious

Nothing wrong with feeling comfortable, right? cry

Hum... I'm not the type to stay sad (or angery) that long, but when I am sad A good cry gose a LONG way. I also lisen to some happy relaxing music, read a happy book, or snugle up with my cat and complan to him. (Pets are wonderful liseners)

When I'm sad, I run into my room and cry a lot. I read too strangely enough when I'm sad, but I never put the music on incase I'm needed for some chore so people wouldn't get more angry than they are. I also talk to with Twilightgirl or my little sister Dawn depending on who's upstairs with me.

I listen to sad cheesy old love songs with catchy tunes and just sort of sway to the music. I also cuddle with my kitty and talk to my friends. But it's mainly the old love songs thing.

I listen to really hardcore hate music while destroying the heck out of something. That something used to be my own body (self mutilation, gosh I was emo), but now those somethings are usually old electronics, pillows...or I just punch concrete until it hurts too much. -_-

Um, put on my emotionless face, and make sure no one knows I'm sad.Except parents sometimes...Really sad?Go into my room, lay on my bed, and cry silently while watching comedy to try and take my mind off of it. ^^;

I feel weird. XD When I'm sad, I just go about like I'm content. To be honest, it'd make me more sad to have people worry about why I'm unhappy. Y'know, like not wanting to spread around the misery.

Of course, when my unhealthy emotion bottling becomes too much to bear, I just go to my room and watch sad things on the internet. For some reason, I need an emotional prompt to actually cry and let all the bottled up feelings escape. Xd

Me too. I usually curl up in Mellow's hay pile and talk to her while listening to HSM songs in my head. Mel's an awesome listener. *hearts*

I cry my heart out in my room. When I'm angry, I tend to distant myself from my family. Don't get me wrong, I love them dearly, but I'm sure most of you know how parents can be, and sometimes after the half-hour lecture on being yourself, I tend to feel worst.

When I'm sad I tend to give my best friends the cold shoulder, and in the end they would start worrying and calling me every hour of the day to ask if they did anyting wrong and if they did their sorry.

All in all it makes me feel bad for hurting them too. So, what I do is after crying, I'll lock the door and use my dads laptop to go online for stuff that made me happy. So if i'm sad this site is on the top list, along with chatting and stuff.
