I've played Leafgreen. But I don't think Dive is an HM in that game. Leafgreen is a remake of the first Pokemon games and Dive ddin't even exsist back then.
I think in Leafgreen Surf is supposed to be the last one.

It's actually harder then you would think to get Surf. In the Safari zone there is a hidden building. Infact the lake that you see when you first enter the safari has the building on the other side of it. But the only way to get to it without surf is to go through the entire safari before time runs out and if you can do that the man in the building will give you Surf for a prize. My advice is to pick a time when you don't want to catch any pokemon and just shoot for that building. Flee from every Pokemon and don't wonder off just to pick up an item. It's very time consuming.

Hhhhhmmmm....Here's a good one. My brother and I kinda came up with this one though. In the Leaf Green and Fire Red games there are four Pokemon that if you fail in catching them they go away forever. That's Snorlax, Zapdos, Articuno, and Moltress. When you find one of them before you go into battle be sure to go back to the nearest town and buy a whole truck load of ultraballs and make sure you have some strong Pokemon. Don't worry, the Pokemon isn't going anywhere. And now that you know how to find it you can go back to it whenever you want.
When you've stocked on ultraballs, superpotions, and pokemon, go back and save your game right before you go into battle. This way if you lose or you make it faint you can turn the game off and try it again as many times as you want until you actually catch it.

Those? Is it like a bridge. If so you go get a bike in I think it's the town with the electric gym leader and then you go back to the roads and go into a little building and once you have the bike the guy at the counter will let you in.

OH! Yeah, you rise your bike across them. I forgot if you can use only a certain bike or both but you have to have a bike to get across them. I know. Took me a while to figure it out too.
