Alrighty, this is a little unrelated, but it's a question that would like to have adressed. How does one go about making a banner? I'm assuming you'd need a host site for the image, such as photobucket. Are most of these banner made in photoshop?

Yes, these banners are photshop-created. You just go into file - new - then type in how many pixels you want the banner to be before going nuts. :3
