My view is that even if Ace and Lexi do have the same ancestors, they aren`t necessarily closely related. Being that they`re eleven to twelve generations later, they could be as different as you and me. Unless WB tells us outright that they are siblings or first/second cousins, I`ll die-hard ship the rabbits.

What I`d like to know is how Ace/Lexi is cliche, exactly. Big deal if they`d be the second pair of rabbits to get together; Disney`s Robin Hood and Maid Marian were a couple, yet we also got Fox McCloud and Krystal; does that make Fox and Krystal cliche, just because two foxes got together yet again? And if it does, does anyone care? Lots of Fox/Krystal art on DeviantART and FAC, it seems to me.

Sure, I expected them to get together right from the start, but that`s because when I first saw previews for this show, I thought they were Bugs and Lola. And even afterward, I thought "Okay, so they are different rabbits, but there`s still a chance they might get together. That`s cool". So, I really don`t see the problem.

I think it was mentioned in season 1 that they were about 5 generations apart (the granny woman said "I knew their great, great, great, grandfather). So they are closer than 11 or 12 generations. It's still distant (I guess).

Yeah, kari, I think it`s great you`re an Ace/Lexi supporter, but one, you need to practice your grammer, and two, we already have more than enough Ace/Lexi topics in the Pairings section. Just take your time writing your messages, `kay? We`re not expecting you to write everything within a minute. You`ll do better if you take a little longer writing a well-worded message than rushing and burning our eyes. No offense, just helpful advice.

Lexi blew a kiss to Ace?!  No kidding?! If that's true, the Ace/Lexi shippers will be going nuts! There'll be widespread Ace/Lexi chaos here!

Okay, now that my brain isn't completely broken, I shall pay my two cents.

Ace's body language says a lot in It Came From Outer Space.  There's how he protectively put his hands on Lexi's shoulders when Melvin says he "wanted her", and of course how freaked out he was when Lexi left. You later really get a sense of how single-minded he is in getting her back.  And there are probably a whole bunch of cute tiny things I'm missing.

I wonder if this will have something to do with the next ep?  I can imagine Ace being reluctant to let Lexi go into a strange temple with someone he isn't sure they can trust.  Maybe we'll get to see Ace in Uber-Protective mode. 

So if you wanna ask "Do Ace and Lexi have feelings for each other?" I say HELL YEAH!

They could be related. A fact is - we don't know for sure. Like, at all.

Ace is descended from Bugs Bunny, and Lexi is descended from Lola, right? But if Bugs and Lola got married (their relationship was left to open speculation) and had children, it's possible that Ace and Lexi could be very distantly related somehow.

Of course, this is heavily opposed by some AcexLexi fans.

I think I had a fanfic where they got married.

I lived in my own little world for a few days. In that little world, I could happily write AcexLexi fics.

I can't see Ace and Lexi ever getting that romantic with each other.
I think Ace is too into his role as a leader to become romantically involved with a teammate.
That could lead to assumed favoritism issues and an inability to keep his priorities straight.
As for Lexi, I don't know... she comes off as still a bit immature for the time being.
You know, complaining about "cooties" and being girly, etc.
But hey, that's why we have such a thing as fan fiction. ;3

Oddity, to use a medpack, just touch it. You will be brought back to full health instantly, but the physical form of the medical pack will be destroyed. I did not absorb the life energy because I was at full health. Like I said, just touch it.

I don't think that they're siblings for 2 reasons:

1. Technically, Bugs Bunny was already married before Space Jam (I think, otherwise I'm making myself sound really stupid).

2. If they were related, they wouldn't bother putting "descendant of Lola Bunny" because Lola only appeared in 2 things (Space Jam/Baby Looney Tunes ). If Ace and Lexi were related, they would put them both as "descendant of Bugs Bunny."
