Should the first 7 episodes of LU should've been about their origin?

Who else here think they should have done this in the first seven episodes of the first season?

I think so, cause it would've give the audience more time to know about the characters.

Here's how I imagined how the first six episodes should've start with as the origin of how the Loonatics became a team after the meteor crashed to Acmetropolise.

Episode One:
First introduction of Ace Bunny (since he IS the leader).
Ace just got fired from the movie business, now has to find a new job. But something strange happens to him when he sudden;y get lazer eye powers, has incredible fighting moves, and even a some kind of superhero uniform with a magical sword to go with it.

Episode Two:
Introduction of Lexi Bunny.
Ace soon discovers that he wasn't the only one who was granted as a superhero when the meteor stroke Acmetropolise. He goes off find the others who are superheroes like him. Ace had no luck of finding them, until he meets a lovely girl bunny named Lexi, who's chosen hero like Ace!

Epispde Three:
Introduction of Danger Duck.
Ace and Lexi team up to find anymore heroes like them, unfortunetly they found out that cowardly and egostical duck with no first name, but calls himself  "Danger Duck", is one them. Can Ace and Lexi trust him and will Duck find the courage to be a hero he really is.

Episode Four:
Introduction of Tech E. Coyote.
Now there are 3 heroes now, but there are still some more out there, so they need a air ship search for around Acmetropolise faster. Sadly they couldn't afford one, until they found one made an intelligent coyote named Tech. Then Ace, Lexi, and Duck found the fourth hero, a mysterious green coyote with magnetic power and can heal himself, who they later found out it was Tech!

Episode Five:
Intorduction of Slam Tazmanian.
Thanks to Tech's air ship, our four heroes wre able to find a fifth hero, a Tazmanian Devil ex-wrestler named Slam. Ace, Lexi, Duck, and Tech weren't so sure about Slam being one of them cause they were afraid of his strength and looks, after that they realise that Slam was actually friendly and is a hero like them.

Episode Six:
Introduction of Rev Runner (YAY! ).
The gang finally finds a sixth chosen hero in Acmetropolise, a happy-go-lucky, fast-talking roadrunner named Rev. Everyone accepted Rev to join the team, except for Tech who despices him (hint of rivally between Wile E. Coyote and Road Runner). But when the gang was in grave danger when a speedying villian of Acmetropolise comes, and Rev is the only faster then the villian to beat him. Will Tech apoligise to Rev for all of things he said about him and let him join the team for good?

Episode Seven:
Introduction of Zadavia.
Now all six of heroes are together, the gang needs to find out who summonds them to find each other (and to find a good team name for them). While taking a break from finding all of the chosen heroes for days, Ace finds a mysterious halographic lady who says she needs him and the teams help. Turns out there was a strange alien seeking out to find the mystery lady.

After our heroes deafted the alien, the mystery lady turns out be Zadavia, a royal resident of Planet Frieling, who the one send the messages to each of our heroes to join forces together.
And astounded by their popularity, the team finally comes up with a name for team, "The Loonatics (cause everry person that they met kept calling each of our heroes a lunatic after they did something outradous)!"

What do ya think?

uh...nah. Seems weird to introduce the characters in the first episodes. I much rather prefer like little things here and there in later episodes.

They would be interesting things to start with.  Maybe you should do some FanFics about them?

But I'm not sure, here's why:

-Eventually the episode would become repetitive and people who didn't like certain charaters might get turned off by episode on one person

-A 30 minute episode on like 1 or 2 people trying to find the next member may be a bit of a drag for the audience wo would be anticipating more action

-Theres only one action scene at the end, for anyone who likes that kind of thing, it may be a bit boring to watch nothing but people trying to find their team.

Sorry if it sound harsh.  It is a good start though, and as I mentiond maybe you should write a FanFic on it, I'd read it! biggrin

But, maybe it would be better if the pasts or what happened before, was put in later in the show where veiwers may be more intrigue after getting a fel for what each charater is like and deviseing theri own theories?!

Good thoughts though!biggrin

That would be a good idea, actually.

I'd say that is a very good idea. Maybe one episode could feature two Loonatics getting together and then finally finding out about the Loonatics group and joining them I suppose. I wrote a fan fiction "Rise of Heroes" where I made a story of how they could have got together.

They really could have done a lot with the first 7 episodes. Unfortunately, the writers seemed to only think that four year-olds who wouldn't question their writings would be watching the show.
